Yes, Alekh is not older to Navin... but he is the older son of Indrajit Rajvansh who is the oldest in the family. So in that sense, it makes Alekh the oldest among the sons. And Satyen is Indrajit's younger bro, that's why he addresses Vasu as Bhabhi and Indrajit as Bhaiyya.

Basically, Indrajit is the older bro, and Satyen is the younger bro. Their wives are sisters as well as jethani-devrani. Prolly Ambika, the devrani had kids b4 Vasu, the jethani and so Navin happened to be older than Vasu's sons. But this makes Sadhna the badi bahu of the house, since she is married to the older son of Indrajit who is the oldest in the family.
