Well Nani and Mamiji think that if the boys family see Sadhna they will reject Ragini, due to Sadhna being fair. This happened with Saket.

So now with Puneet they want Sadhna to stay away till Ragini gets married.

Ragini is to get married to a guy named Puneet. His mom thinks that Mamaji and family r rich and will give anything to get their dark colored girl married off. She is actually trying to get money out of Mamaji.

Malti is also exploiting this situation and has made a deal with Puneets Mom that she will show her the way to get money out of Mamaji and she should be given a part of the money puneet's mom gets.
