13^TH NOV..A date to remember..

A 13^th nov 2010 SP channel and PH decide to end one iconic show sapna babul ka bidaai..a show which took a leap and doing great in the TRP chart..

Reasons known to themselves as said to be mutual..time to time news of its comeback is there and even RS mentioned about it.. kab..kaise'when and how never know..the wait is very long and today it's one year of bidaai going off air..

Lets go down memory lane of this 13^th nov..last episode..

The expectation was high for this last epi but we got some disappointment..

Ek taraf Milan toh ek taraf judaai.

On one side we were happy finally our beautiful Jodi will confess their love for each other and get married ..

On other side sadness as we will not get to watch the magical Jodi of anmol-ragini and rajvansh family on screen again..

All starts well..anmol called back by ragini to save the kids..anmol the savior always there to bring happiness in his family ..from that moment, we got one beautiful bonding of father-daughter..tammy mentally affected with anmol going away and she cant live without her father...her fear so well shown and finally that little angel came with ray of hope to bring her parents closer and not separate.a wish she wants to see her parents marriage..with this she put both her parents in a fix but at last ragini accepts to go along with the wedding..tammy's smile back and anmol 's hope also..he is back to his family and mostly to be with the two persons he loved most ..ragini-tammy..

Whereas tammy wanted her parents together ragini doing the opposite..sacrificing her true love for anmol for shivani..a decision taken not with the heart and it was giving her so much pain to let go of the one who has became so precious in her life..anmol vowed to love her so much that she will return his love equally one day.ragini I should let you go from our life and give you back your life and happiness..

Mehendi ceremony 'ragini still in a dilemma'her heart not accepting her decision to let go of anmol..beautiful in her outfits but no happiness on her face..anmol knew what's was ragini's turmoil and he had to do something.. he could not lose neither ragini nor tammy..

Wedding and anmol late for the ceremony..tammy once more her fear back thinking her father will not return'she was mistaken that little angel as anmol came back..mein aagaya tammy..that was enough for her ..hearing her father's voice ,she ran and hugged him..anmol..mein aap ko chor ke kabhi jaa sakta houn wiping his princess tears..

Shivani exposed by anmol..a preplanned strategy by anmol to expose shivani who was hellbent to ruin his life..he related all to the family how shivani had brainwashed ragini ' telling lies to her about their relationship which ended long ago..how ragini decided to do bride swapping .. he had heard everything and came up with this plan to show how much shivani is selfish and just greedy for money 'shivani out of the house anmol had another confession to do'

The confession..anmol confessed his love to ragini in front of the family and the society..his true deep love for her..bina kissi farz..bandhan..or a promise made to ranvir..today if I love someone from the bottom of my heart its you ragini'.i love you ragini and it will always be you aaj..kal humesha humesha... Finally he proposed her in marriage..will you marry me?..

A confession of anmol which touched the heart and brought tears of happiness in the eyes 'the much awaited confession of ragini and we never know a very big disappointment was coming to us.one line from her..anmol-ragini hum humesha saath raheinge..we were left speechless..nevertheless it was like a consolation that ragini loved anmol 'her tears and glow on her face showed how much she was happy to move on in life with her anmol.

Next everything was rushing at speed light from anmol confession.. ragini one seems they edited most of her confession to adjust the promo of new show replacing bidaai..the creatives were forced to implement the dimension of the new show which did take a lot of airtime.a rush marriage and focus on ragini promoting new serial .. alokji message to viewers and may be one day we get to watch bidaai of tashi..voila end of an iconic show..

An ending it didn't truly seem and had more to explore , the viewers were defiantly kept for longing more...a little ray of hope as it got an open climax ' so many unanswered questions still there in mind..was it needed to end the show which had so much In store to showcase?..what was the need to end it when the story taking such a beautiful turn and viewers interest was there?'hope one day all these questions are answered ,some justice done to show and the actors who did a brilliant job staying back'above all apurva..parul who were the strong pillars of the post leap as the new couple ...

For us till date its kabhi alvida na kehna.never say goodbye and that's what we have been doing for this one year.the show esp the leap and angini the magical couple still fresh in our mind and heart..yes it will be kabhi alvida na kehna for us 'the little hope still there to see the iconic show bidaai back and our iconic..retro..magical couple also back..anmol-ragini so lovingly called angini'

A show which became iconic is remember so much ' the dimension of the show gave it a new frontier and was viewed by the larger audience to see how the leap worked for the show and people were moved by the performance of the new characters added to the show...

The show had a lot more in store and hopes to see it again as a sequel with important pivotal characters who stayed and characters who added to this glory of the show ..

Rajan ji we fall short to thank for introducing the character of Anmol played by Apurva Agnihotri , a character which cannot be ignored as it did make a greater impact for the show which blended extremely well with the other characters and especially Parul Chauhan played as Ragini and the wonder kids Tammana and Khushi , focus with other pivotal characters of the Rajvansh parivaar and Sharma parivaar..

Our Hope is to see these character again in the new season of Bidaaii whenever it happens as we will say Har Shayaam Humney Sajayee '...Bidaaii... Ko Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna...

The show ended on a high note with the ratings and was given a grand success party, indeed achievable , and app laudable... It was a new beginning for a show which ran with changes and a successful leap. Hope with the news of the sequel a new season the show makes it rounds the actors/characters of the leap who gave a milestone are given a chance to show their beautiful performance again.

I thank such wonderful people like Sameera, Saveeta, Rehana, AadarshNo1, Amitoz Zee ( sweety I can never forget you ) and a few more I apologize if I have not taken your names who gave such wonderful Fanfictions to continue the beautiful story of Bidaaii with different dimensions,

Indeed amazing way of weaving the story for Anmol and Ragini ..Many traveled a journey to understand this couple who showed a new dimension to love and feel of respect and romance and how love can give happiness which Anmol always did and how Ragini saw a new life in herself by engulfing this happiness poured by Anmol

MUMBAI: Star Plus bids a colourful farewell to one of its most successful prime time telly drama- Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai with the two hour long finale Maha-episode this Saturday, November 13th at 7 pm. Adorning the Star Plus bouquet since Oct 2007, the show has sent the TRP charts soaring and has remained one of the most watched Hindi shows on Indian television and continues its slot leadership in its recent week with a 4.7 TVR (TAM Ratings, Week 44 of 2010).

This story of two sisters, Sadhna and Ragini, captured the imaginations of the Indian viewers who grew with these sisters, celebrated in their happiness and grieved in their sorrows. The characters played Sara Khan (Sadhna), Parul Chauhan (Ragini), Angad Hasija (Alekh), Ranveer (Kinshuk Mahajan), Alok Nath (Mamaji), Vibha Chibbar (Kaushalyaji), Apoorva Agnihotri (Anmol), Ashita Dhawan (Malti), Amardeep Jha (Sumitra), Naveen Saini(Vineet) became members of every Indian household. Star Plus bids farewell to its most successful telly drama 'Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai'
8th October, 2007 - Bidaai Launches at 4.6 TVR. The show replaced Meri Awaaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni which was rating 2.9TVR in its closing week. Bidaai was indeed a big boost for the slot.

December 2007 - The show went up another notch when the ratings touched 5.4TVR. This began from the episode where Ragini broke her marriage (her in-laws rejected her at the mandap because she was dark complexioned in comparison to her sister)
March 2008 - Bidaai reached a new high when Sadhana and Alekh's wedding took place in the show this month. The show touched a 6 TVR rating.

October 2008 - The show only climbed higher with the Taj Mahotsav event. Hema Malini participated in the Taj mahotsav with the sisters. The episode rated 8.8TVR which was the highest rating for a show on Hindi GEC in more than 500 days at that time)
October 2008 - January 2009 - Bidaai maintained the ratings with one hour episodes (between 9pm to 10pm).

January 2009 - Bidaai soared higher with Ragini Ranveer's wedding rating 9.6TVR!
Other facts you should know about Bidaai The show has been a slot leader for the longest time This has been the first show to beat Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi to the No.1 position in its early days The channel took a risk of knocking off the characters of Sadhana and Ranveer who were the life and blood of the show but still maintained the ratings. This only proved that people watched the show for the love of the story and not just the characters. This show launched the careers of Parul, Kinshuk, Sara, Angad, Ashita and even Rajan Shahi. It is for the first time ever in the history of Indian television that a successful serial is going off-air. The last episode of Bidaai was aired on November 13.

Going by the standards of normal storytelling, three years is a long time in the life of a daily soap. But considering that Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii and Kasauti Zindagi Ki ran much longer and died a natural death at the end of their extended lifespan, three years appear a short span. However, Bidaai has ended–– the last episode was telecast on Saturday - at a time when just three weeks ago it was the number one GEC show with 5.90 TVR (TAM data, week 43 - October 17 to 23) while its competitor Pavitra Rishta was at number seven slot with 4.61 TVR. The following week, while Bidaai was down to the third position with 5.15 TVR, Pavitra Rishta ranked number eight with 4.4 TVR. Pavitra Rishta has been Bidaai's toughest competitor this year, but the latter has been a slot leader at 9 pm for the longest period. Bidaai has been a top show, and deserves to go like a top show," he adds. For Rajan it was even more tough to end the show. "It was my first show as producer and it's been three years of emotional journey with it. But the decision was mutual. We wanted to end it on a high note. " he elaborates. Bidaai has gone off-air but well-placed sources tell us that the show is likely to come for second season after a break. Vivek refuses to comment whether the show will have a second season but Rajan admits that indeed there will be a second season for Bidaai. "I have been asked to work on it but it's too early to share any details because I am yet to start," he adds

The article was from over a year, but we again got some recent developments where Rajan ji says season two will happen "whenever " and also his interview tagged as 20.. for a new season sequel of Bidaaii..Lets hope for the best and the sequel with the needed actors and characters and give another successful iconic show!

Indeed we miss the show , When we see long running shows it feel that void that Bidaaii did well wit its new dimension of the leap keeping the viewers glued yet they wanted to end it, But with a promise to return..
Now with teh article out recently I hope we get some pivitol character definat;y wish to see Apurva and Parul again sharing the same frame as they have some beautiful screen prsence !!

Their scenes have that class which shows a lot of crafted screen play and well delivered performance !!

And yes the performance was so good with the way the leap took the risk and showed that changes do work and loyal viewers who would understand the storyline and the way the show delivers some new dimension will give an upbeat for being a slot leader..

I am sure Rajan ji would consider these factors and see what needs to be done for the sequel

The 13th nov episode and every episode still fresh in our minds,😍 1 year passed but our love for the serial and our magical jodi angini is not gone down even 1 % ,❤️to be true the love for our angini grew each day and still growing.❤️

I want to thank RS to bring in Apurva Agnihotri in post leap and gave a fresh look and a new dimension to the show.👏I was a great fan of ragvir and I continued to watch post leap only for my Parul❤️.Post leap Parul was so gorgeous with a new hair style and her dressing was so good.😍

Though Apurva's entry was stunning 😍, I started to admire his character only on Bhikri song 😍,the passion he had for his ragini just made me wonder ,if a man can exist like him.😍

And from the room lock scene I just started to accept that this new anmol ragini jodi will work.👍🏼And from their my craziness for them grew more and more.😍❤️😍

I sometimes wonder why I became so addicted to this couple angini,even though their is no , the so calledromance 😳, but for me their simple eyelocks 😍and the way they talked through their eyes were just enough for me to drool on this couple 😍,MINDBLOWING .👏👏👏

I was a silent member for nearly 2 years 😆and became active only when I read the article of bidaai ending 😔, I was so much worried as why they had to end this show as just then our magical angini's story started.😭

But with a heavy heart we were waiting for the final episode hoping to see our mesmerizing jodi's beautiful confession😍 , but it was a big let down from St.Plus and DkP👎🏼 they just wasted the time by promoting their new serial and snatching from us a well needed confession from ragini.😭

Anmol ,the person who was living in the same roof for 7 years hoping 1 day his ragini will love him and accept him as her husband wholeheartedly❤️ ,did not get what he deserved.😭

hum humesha saath raheinge, simply by saying these words doesn't make us happy😭 ,though we can see ragini's happinness in her tears when anmol was wearing her pendant😍 , I just wished an emotional hug from ragini and saying I love you Anmol.The CT's just left to our imagination.😍

Indeed all I can say is the leap was more of a stage of life anyone can always come across, Love has a vast defination, what Ragini and Anmol saw in love in the leap was more of respect , understanding and passion in its own way.. Anmol always learned to understand and respect Ragini which was hs way of loving her and his silent romance which he built up over teh 7 years which they did'nt show us but did in his gestures ,,, which somewhere Ragini understood, but she was still in her cocoon which she feared that if she came out would it be deceiving the defination of falling in love again... But she did attempt and her heart would help her do that and the feelings towards Anmol which grew with respect and understanding did give her a path to see happiness and fall in love again...

We defiantly fall in love once , but sometimes Love can grow with greater understanding and belief when somewhere the dear ones are lost , there could be a light on the path of lost love and that light can lead you again with happiness and second chances in love which would hold your hand to bring that smile back

Thats why people like Anmol exist in the reel world for beautiful Ragini to make her smile and feel love again...

Anmol was a flawless character too hard to find , who endured many things silently and poured all the happiness he had in his pocket to the family he loved the Rajvansh parivaar and more to his love for Ragini and his angle Tammana...

Apurva was indeed awesome as Anmol and gave happiness in his character to Ragini and the last episode proved that he brought that smile in everyones face including his happiness that he could confess his feelings for Ragini !

We will miss them dearly and its a year we still find place to discuss angini and many other charactrers , hope to see them back in a sequel 😍
