Characters in my pov:Preleap & postleap:Mod's note PG12

Characters in my point of view Bidaai Preleap and post leap:

Mamaji – before leap he was man who lived by principles and stood by truth, post leap hypocrite with advice to reveal/hide truth based on convenience.

Mamiji – before she was concerned for Ragini and resented Sadhana most of the time before the reunion of sisters and mamiji-Sadhana, now she is concerned for Tamanna and resents Ragini's bond with Khushi. So back to square one.

Vasu – Same as before – Manipulating, Misunderstanding till it's too late,possessive and obsessive mom using same means to bring happiness in her son's life as before except that she couldn't get lucky as before in her choice of girl.

Indrajeet – Whatever he says or does are as unimportant as before if not more.

Ranvir – preleap only character which was always shown positively by cts, post leap literally butchered by cts to promote new track.

Ragini – insecure and gorgeous as before if not more.

Alekh – Same as before except before he was obsessed with hatred for Vasu, now he is obsessed with Sadhana's memory and her return.

Vinu – preleap failure both at handling wife and career who needed Sadhana to bail him out most of the time, post leap successful at both at wife and career.

Malti – Always pining for things which she doesn't have.

Gunni – preleap, she was a kid, now she is an adult with a very selective memory regarding her childhood, for example she doesn't remember her own parents, let alone remembering her Ranvir Chachu. Also I find it very contradicting that cts are showing Khushi having issues like being shy and sacrificying as affect of being motherless and in a way fatherless even after having Ragini to love her, whereas Gunni seems happy confident with no negative effects of not having parents while growing up in boarding school(as they are in jail) .That must be some boarding school where she grew up.

Apoorva's role – Too good.

Sakshi: in same situation as Sadhana – Orphan, marrying Alekh as a deal. But whereas Sadhana could give up anything for other's happiness, Sakshi can snatch anything from others for Taruns/her happiness, in others words Sadhana was selfless, Sakshi is selfish.

And RS asks viewers to look at post leap Bidaai as Bidaai season 2 where most characters are same as before except the charm of freshness and foursome.

@tamushi: cant comment on ur analysis as I have never seen bidaai before leap...

great analysis agree with u. except for the entry of new characters their is no freshness in the show. I didn't find any growth in ragini's character . Moreover i found the track highly illogical from ragini's remarriage to everything about this leap. They are showing ragini and anmol together for 7 years. I dont know why she never thought that why he is living in a non love relationship for so long and why is he doing so much for family????? . she behaves like he a nonexistent for her that i concluded from last epi though i dont mind 😊iam more then happy seeing not even gud sign of friendship between them . But iam feeling like bidaai ctz truely deserve a refreshment their mind got tired after working for do long 😆.
mamaji is a hypocrite. dont know why vasu and kaushi was changed to square one though showing some shock treatments for them prelap. Just for the sake of dragging the story the characters are butchered illogically .

I don't watch post leap Bidaai and I won't ever without Ranvir in it.

For me Ranvir was,is,always will be Anmol of his Anamika,that's Ragini.

So Sorry. I have no choice except Apoorva's Role to refer him by.

i think ranveer is the jaan of the story along with sadhna . With there death the story is finished i dont find the story interesting i watched out of curiosity. And i found the story a big set back for bidaai . Their is no chemistry in new jodis

So good Analysis yaar.I agree with every single word especially of that of Gunni.I couldn't understand why she doesn't seem to remember her parents(most importantly) and Ranvir.Not even a single mention of these individuals are made by her.Even when Kavya(Vinu-Malti's son) mentioned Ranbir towards the 1st episode post leap, Mamaji was wonderstruck and was asking Malti whether such a person named Ranbir existed in her family....He doesn't even seem to realize that Ranvir was the name of his first damadji😆

It's true that the ct's have gone short of ideas that they are showing the same things again and again.

It's hopeless to expect anything realistic from shows even if it's RS show. Mamaji not remembering Ranvir, was the cheapest joke ever tried in the show.Yes this new Bidaai is repeat of old bidaai minus the charm and foursome and logic.

@ agree with u . I found the current story a comedy . except for few i dont think many are appeciating the story and i think trp are better slap to rs
