I am pretty sure tomorrow's precap is misleading. Sakshi will ask Khushi to call her MA instead of Chhotima. To treat Vasu, Sakshi is taking the right way...😆..Vasu might be feeling so proud of her choice, totally oblivious what might be awaiting her...

I feel she will ask Khushi to call her "mom" to cover up things in front of Vasu...

Sakshi cannot see anything beyond "Tarun and her life" together at this moment...I hope Khushi be the one (as you also suggested) to begin the transition of Sakshi..
