I understand your frustration about how unwelcoming some topics are, but sadly in this forum peace can only be maintained if we ignore some topics. There have been plenty of fights before in this forum whether it was Sadhna fans vs. Ragini fans, Salekh fans vs. Ragvir fans, Alekh fans vs. Sadhna fans, etc.. and we have learned the hard way that the only way to avoid them is to ignore what people say and focus on the topics that agree with what you believe...
Anyways, I just want to say a few things about the current Bidaai.
I LOVE Apurva from JJKN days and Pardes also but even he cannot keep me hooked onto Bidaai. IMHO, there is nothing worth watching in Bidaai anymore story-wise. Of course season 2 fans will disagree with me, but having watched Bidaai for so long now, this is what I saw when I watched Bidaai post-leap: mental Alekh, depressed Ragini, NOBODY remembers Ranvir, same old Malti-Vinu drama, hypocritical bhashans from mamaji, Vasu back to square 1, spineless Inder, HORRENDOUS and terribly scripted/directed end to Ranvir and Sadhna, and the only silver lining--Apurva's character. For me, there are too many negatives and just 1 positive, and even in that positive, it's too illogical to understand how he came in the picture. The DT when writing that disgusting and senseless end to Ranvir should have focused and made a better start to Anmol as well. Simply put, for me, Bidaai has become sadistic and in my summer, I'd rather focus on something happier like SGP.
Now in terms of acting--Angad, Parul, and Apurva and powerhouses, but only Apurva is really getting a chance. The current track is sadly a disgrace to Angad's talent. Out of the 3 years Bidaai has been going on, Angad has played a mental Alekh for like 2.5 years. Atleast before he tried to understand relationships and was in touch with reality, but his role now in the show is to play with the kids and ask if Sadhna has come. What a waste of talent! Parul has more scope but Ragini is such a depressed and over-stressed individual right now that it's a huge put-off.
Also, like Bini said, Bidaai was about the love that two sisters share, one faces harsh situations from society because of her color, and one faces harsh situation because of her beauty from her own family. It was about the struggles of an orphan girl and the love she and her sister share. I see none of that in Bidaai anymore. The original concept of the show is nonexistant now and that is one reason that I believe Bidaai should end.
Bidaai has always been story-oriented and the story is what doesn't excite me anymore and sadly it hasn't excited me in a while.
