I am agree with you .May be Ragini will get upset that Ranvir likes and loves his friend more than his wife and his family ( Ranvir forgotten to mention his daughter tummy ).

If he tells her, she might misunderstood him at begin, but later on in somehow, she might understand him much clearly than being him hiding the truth from her, in anyway, she is Ranvir's wife and have every right to know the whole truth, even the whole family should know it as well..........

If he hides it and keeps on hiding it and in somehow the family get to know it coincidently, the first one might misunderstood him is Vasu, in anywa if he tells her the whole truth, he will not give her a reason to think that he has any bad sides of why he is in the house, coz he is much clear..........

She will know when she starts loving Anmol,so there would be misunderstandings.May be Vasu will add fuel to it.But I hope she won't be like she was in rift track listening to Vasu and sending her loved ones away!I think this time she is much more mature than that and will take the right decision
