It was Kinshuk decision to leave and the director wanted to get Apoorva to play the role of Anmol in the show it soo happened..
The name Anmol is given to Apoorva and happens to be the same name linked with Ragini's life her love for her dream Rajkumar and if Ranveer said that he was the kabaab mai Haddi even if it was in a teasing light hearted way it happened that a man called Anmol existed who was no way like what Ragini thought in her rajkumar but was actually Ranveer who she thought was her Anmol
Anmol was under a boulder , Ranveer tried to save him and in turn got under another one..
He did get killed due to all the efforts of trying to save him and Ranveer thinking what is best for Ragini and her future and somtimes mere acquaintances seem to be some life long bonding which has happened between Ranveer and Anmol and so due to his life ending ie.e Ranveer's Anmol was given this responsibility of taking care of ragini as he Anmol seem to have been Ranveer's Shadow ...
Anmol may not have become Ranveer and can never be he has his own indentity and he dose'nt want to be Ranveer but he is doing all that as fulfilling someone's wihs
Ragini may never fall in love with Anmol but times chance and second chances in life are there to be happy and Ragini might just find it in Anmol !!!
Ranveer and Anmol seem to be both at their right places
If Analysis is not with keep in POV of what the actor wanted and the director wanted in his show seems to be going in the right direction
Atleast there is no plastic surgery or heart transplantation
Ranveer is not trading his wife here to Anmol or anything
Its just a wish of a dying man which they had to show since they needed to end his character and which made sense
Why Ranveer wanted Anmol TO MARRY Ragini is definatly questionable since he could just be a care taker , but Anmol being young handsome and rich as Vasu accused of him got have gottten someone else , Again the issue of saut and all that wud be a hell for the script writers to think abt So the easy way was to give Ragini's hand in Anmol's
This is also seen in movies and somewhere in reality also so make perfect sense...
I just thought of putting in things since there were many post accusing actors dirctors and the whole package so my POV
Not bashing anyone and would refrain from doing it.
