I really think that today's conversation between Aalekh and Mallika is setting a pitch for Aalekh's realization of his mistakes.
1. Mallika saying one has to apologize for their wrong doing
2. It is ok to go to your partner to apologize in person
3. Couples have to have open conversation and not suppress their feelings because you have to live together all your life
4. By telling Aalekh she fired Sadhana she is telling him a tale how ruthless she can be unlike Sadhana who doesn't hurt anyone. She clearly showed him the contrast of Black (Mallika) and white (Sadhana)
If Aalekh can go home and focus on Mallika's conversation and try to understand and analyze himself what he did and did not do to Sadhana, there will be realization in Aalekh that could transform into change. This is my understanding.
It's beyond my belief Mallika doesn't perceive things very well. That's a very BUMB character.
Aalekh doesn't like her presence one bit. His actions are so obvious. He doesn't even stand facing her, when she talks he gives the expression "whatever", Mallika bolna shuru karthi hai Aalekh ko mirchi lagne lagtha hai...(Thu apna bak bak band kar jaisa irritating face) he keeps her at a distance. She tries to touch him, dur bhagne lagtha hai haath chudaake.
In today's episode he did all all of the above plus he gave her the shocking look when she told him she fired Sadhana. Then he turned away from her in deep sorrow. He flinched his hand tightly on the table not withstanding Mallika treated Sadhana badly.
Aalekh never made an attempt to answer Mallika if he would give 100% to their relationship.
