Chapter 3
PC says "Batameez, apne bado se baat karne ki tameez nahin hai tumhe." Ranvir says "jaiye uncle apna kaam kijiye." Ranvir walks off; PC looks angrily at ranvir leaving. Ragini is preparing the food; PC enters the house full in anger. Ragini sees PC angry and gets worried. She rushes to PC and says "Bauji? Kya hua? Aap itne gusse mein?" PC says "Yeh aaj kal ke ladko ko bilkul bhi tameez nahin hai; Ameer baap ki bigdi huyi aulaad. Besharam kahin ke." Ragini says "Papa, aap shaant ho jaaiye...main aapke liye paani lekar aati hoon." Ragini quickly gets a glass of water for PC and offers it to him. PC drinks a bit of the water and calms down. Ragini says "Papa...ab bataiye...kya hua?" PC says "arrey kuch nahin, woh main ghar ki taraf aa hi raha tha, ki achanak ek ladka mujhse takraya...mujhse maafi maangne ki jagah mujhse batameezi karne laga. Ragini yeh aaj kal ke naujawaano ko bilkul bhi tameez nahin hai...acha hua ki tu aise logon se door rehti hai." Ragini begins to think and then tells him to relax and freshen up while she'll get the dinner ready.
Ranvir is looking around everywhere for Ragini and calling out "Ms Billi Gayab? Ms Gayab? Kahaan Ho tum?" 😆 but he is unsuccessful to find her. He says "Ranvir beta, ab toh yeh tujhe nahin milne waali...Ms gayab toh humesha ki tarah...gayab hogayi. Koi baat nahin kal office mein lauta doonga." Ranvir walks back to his car, and jumps in it. He leaves in no seconds.
Ragini serves the food on the table. PC begins to eat. He says "Arrey Ragini. Beta tu bhi aake khaale, nahin toh khaana thanda ho jaayega. Ragini says "Bauji pehle aap kha lijiye, main baad mein khaungi." PC takes another bite and says "Arrey, main toh tujhse puchna bhool hi gaya, tera pehla din kaisa tha office mein?" Ragini says "Bauji, kya bataun, aaj subah office jaate jaate mera ek bhi ladke se jhagda hogaya, aur upar se meri bus nahin aayi, phir 2 km aage chalkar bus stop pe wait kiya, aur itne mein main office jaane ke liye late ho gayi...aur wahaan boss ne thoda daant diya tha, aur kamaal ki baat pata hai kya bauji...jis ladke se meri bus stop mein ladaai huyi, ussi ke saath main kaam kar rahi hoon, aur aate waqt mere paas taxi ke paise bhi nahin the, toh ussi ne mujhe lift di, bohut acha ladka hai woh, thoda bachpana hai uss mein, par dil ka bura nahin hai...Aur humare company ke boss bohut strict hai. Bohut disciplined hain. Aur baaki ke colleagues bhi bohut ache hai." PC says "Chalo acha hai, ki uss ladke ne tujhe lift dedi, warna aaj kal akeli ladki ka baahar nikalna kisi khatre se khaali nahi hai." Ragini agrees with him.
Ranvir reaches home; his room is in a complete mess. He throws away his shoes, and takes off his shirt and throws it away as well. He falls on the bed, after a few minutes you hear light snoring sounds 😆 after a while, his phone rings. Ranvir snorts as he wakes up. He sees it's his father. Ranvir picks up his phone and says "Yes dad" sounding sleepy. 'Ghar pohunch gaye?" (the father's face cannot be seen) Ranvir replies "Yes Dad!" Ranvir's dad says "Acha suno maine kuch paise bheje hai tumhare liye, kal bank se jaakar le aana." Ranvir doesn't look happy about it; he says "Yes Dad le aaunga, Oh...and thank you...for the pocket money." both wish each other good night. Ranvir tries to go back to sleep but is unable to, he gets up and leaves to have a shower. He is standing in the shower; the fight between him and his step mother keep ringing in his ears, and he remembers how his father never supported him. And remembers when he was asked to move out. Ranvir punches the wall in anger, he is breathing heavily.
Ragini is preparing to go to sleep, PC enters his room. Ragini sees him and says "Bauji. Kya hua? Kuch kaam tha kya?" Pc says "Nahin bas aise hi, dekhne aaya tha ki tu so gayi hai yah nahin." Ragini smiles and says "bauji, aap jab tak mujhe dekh nahin lete aapko neend nahin aati na?" PC is a little surprised. "Aapko kya laga? Ki mujhe pata nahin ki aap roz raat ko sone se pehle mere kamre mein aate hai, yeh dekhne ke liye ki main so gayi yah nahin?" Pc smiles. "Bauji, main so jaoongi...aap araam kijiye, aapki tabiyat bhi theek nahi hai kuch dino se toh aapko araam ki sakht zaroorat hai. Chaliye." Ragini takes PC to his room and gets him to lie in bed; she covers him with a blanket and asks him to sleep. PC closes his eyes, and slowly dozes off to sleep, Ragini goes to her room and lies in her bed, she begins to read a book, after a while she too dozes off to sleep.
It's morning, Ranvir reaches the office. Sanjana is sitting on her desk typing away on the computer. Ranvir sees her and smiles mischievously; he takes a rose out of a vase and smiles. He walks over to her and smilingly says "hi sanjana.' Sanjana looks up and sees Ranvir standing there. She says "uhhh...hi!" Ranvir takes out the rose and says "yeh tumhare liye." Sanjana looks at the rose and smilingly takes it and says "Thank you!" Ranvir smiles and says 'The pleasure is all mine." Sanjana says "By the way aapko mera naam kaise pata chala?" Ranvir says "aap nahin jaanti ki aap iss building mein kitni popular hai." Sanjana is confused. "Mera matlab hai, kal jab mai aapse takraya tha, toh maine dekha ki aapke peeche ladko ki lambiiiii line thi, unhi mein se ek ne aapka naam bataya." Sanjana says 'Really? Aur kya kya bataya?" Ranvir says 'Well...unhone yeh bhi bataya ki aapko pataana itna asaan nahin." Sanjana laughs and says 'Main ladko se door rehna pasand karti hoon." Ranvir is curious and says "Kyun?" Sanjana says 'Shaadi ke darr se." Ranvir laughs and says "Well shaadi se toh mujhe bhi darr lagta hai." Sanjana says 'Phir toh humari khoob jamegi." Ranvir smiles. Far away few guys are looking at sanjana mixing up well with ranvir. Veer says "OMG yaar, yeh main kya dekh raha hoon?" Karan says "Sach mein yaar...mere ko toh isne aaj tak ek hello nahin bola, aur yeh iss ranvir ke saath kaise hass hass ke baatein kar rahi hai." Veer begins to make sniffing noises and says "Kuch jal raha hai na? Karan zaraa ghoomna" Karan turns around. "yeh dekh peeche se dhuaan bhi nikal raha hai." Veer and Sid begin to laugh out loud, Karan hits on veer's head. Veer sees Dharaa entering the office and says "Tum log sanjana ko dekho, main chala apni dharaa ke paas." Veer walks towards dharaa slowly and a slight breeze begins. He has a smile on his face, and is just lost in dharaa 😆Dharaa is talking to one of her colleagues. Veer is still walking towards her (tujhe Dekha toh yeh instrumental music begins to play.) Dharaa and veer are walking towards each other; dharaa accidently slips, and falls in veer's arms. Veer is smilingly looking at dharaa 🤣 dharaa to smilingly looks at Veer and lovingly says "Thank god ki aapne mujhe bacha liya. Warna main toh aaj..." Veer says "mere hote hue tumhe kuch nahin ho sakta...' dharaa smiles shyly and slowly stands on her feet and gives him a kiss on his cheek. Veer closes his eyes and is smiling. Dharaa looks on at him weirdly and quickly gets back on her feet and begins to wipe her dress, veer snaps out of his dream and looks at Dharaa smilingly. she looks at veer, and says 'Idiot' as she walks away, veer smilingly looks at dharaa go,he says "haaye uske muh se idiot word bhi ktina pyaara lagta hai." He sighs lovingly as he keeps his hand on his heart and slightly falls backwards, but there is no one to hold him, so he falls on the floor. He comes in his senses and looks around, he finds no one near him. He quickly gets up and wipes the dirt of his clothes and walks away. 🤣
Ranvir enters his cabin and sees Ragini sitting there working. Ranvir says "Eh Ms Gayab, kal raat tum kahaan gayab hogayi thi?" Ranvir takes out ragini's bag "tumhara yeh purse...meri car mein reh gaya tha." Ragini sees her bag and says "Yeh tumhari gaadi mein reh gaya tha? Main toh isse subah dhundte dhundte pareshaan hogayi thi." Ranvir says "By the way you're welcome." Ragini says "uhhh...thank you, main thank you kehne hi waali..." Ranvir says "I know I know. " Ranvir takes a seat on his chair. "Pata hai main kal hi tumhe tumhara yeh purse lautaane aaya tha...par tum toh apne naam ki tarah ek dum gayab hi hogayi...aur mera kisi ke saath jhagda bhi hogaya tha...tumhari wajah se..." Ragini is surprised and she looks at ranvir. She says "jhagda? Kiss se?" ranvir says "woh..." karan enters saying "Ranvir ji?" ranvir says "karan? Aao." Karan says "aapse kuch baat karni thi." Ranvir nods. Karan says "Yeh kuch naye designs hai, humare next summer issue ke liye...aur yeh designs ki photoshoot ki duty aapko di gayi hai, aur ragini aapki help karengi...aur uske baad ragini aapko naye designs introduce karne ke liye ek column likhna hai." Ragini nods. "yeh designs kal tak tayaar ho jaayenge...uske baad yeh job aap par chodi jaati hai ki, aap yeh photoshoot kahaan par karna pasand karenge...studio mein yah outdoor." Ranvir says "Interesting zaraa design dikhaeynge please." Karan gives him the designs, Ragini too joins him. Both take a look at the designs. Ragini says "I suggest a beach." Ranvir too says the same. Karan says "Great! Aap yeh aaj shaam rohan sir ko meeting mein suggest kar dijiyega. Ab main chalta hoon." Ranvir smiles, karan leaves. Ranvir looks at ragini and says "tum apne aap ko lucky samjho ki tumhe, mere saath, yaani Ranvir Rajvansh ke saath kaam karne ka mauka mil raha hai." Ragini rolls her eyes and sits back on her desk.
Sanjana is on the phone with a client and she tells him that she's booked the appointment for Friday at 2 with Mr Rohan. Saniha stands by her desk and cheerfully says "Hi Sanju." Sanjana looks up and says "Hi Saniha...how are you?" saniha says "I'm good. Acha sun mere liye koi letter aaya kya?" Sanjana says "Letter? Uhhh...ek minute main dekhti hoon." Sanjana begins to search through her drawer, while Saniha waits. Sanjana takes out a letter and says "Well ek letter toh aayi hai...shayad bank se." Saniha takes the letter and opens it. She reads it and then tears it apart and throws it in the bin. Sanjana says "tumne letter kyun faadh di?" saniha says "Junk mail thi...you know ki yeh master card lijiye and etc." Sanjana says "Tum koi special letter ki wait kar rahi ho kya?" saniha nods yes. Sanjana says "Someone special?" Saniha says "Aisi kismat kahan. Tune Ranvir ko dekha?" sanjana says "Haan, subah baat ki thi usse. Kya hua usse?" Saniha says 'usse kuch nahi hua...main toh bas yeh poochna chahti thi ki woh tujhe kaisa laga." Sanjana says "He's nice...lekin tu kyun pooch rahi hai?" Saniha says "Sirf nice? Mujhe toh woh bohut hot laga...main soch rahi hoon ki usse pataa kar shaadi karloon." Sanjana says "saniha, tumhe bohut jaldi hai shaadi ki." Saniha says "Kya karoon...tum mere parents ko toh jaanti hi ho...har Friday mujhe ek naye ladke se milwane le jaaate hai...aur result tujhe pata hai...toh ab soch rahi hoon ki main khud hi ladka dhoondloon, kam se kam time aur torture se toh bachungi." Both laugh. Dharaa comes and says "Hey girls, what's happening?" both greet dharaa happily. Sanjana says "kuch nahin, bas shaadi ki baat ho rahi thi." Saniha says "Woh chod, tu yeh bata ki tujhe ranvir kaisa lagta hai?" Dharaa says "hmmm...kaafi handsome hai." Sanjana says "Well mujhe toh aisa kuch nahin laga..." dharaa says 'Please...he is totally HOT!" Saniha says "Sanju, tujhe ladko mein interest nahin hai toh theek hai na...lekin yeh toh mat bol ki woh hot nahin hai." 😍 Sanjana sarcastically says "Fine he is SOOOOOOOOOO HOT! Okay!" ranvir pops up and says 'hey girls..." the three startle when they hear ranvir's voice. Ranvir says "Tum teeno ke chehre se lagta hai ki meri hi baat ho rahi hogi...am I right?" saniha looks at him like this 😍 and slowly nods yes Dharaa says 'Well bas hum toh aise hi baatein kar rahe the." Ranvir looks at saniha in a strange way. Sanjana is trying to control her laughter by seeing saniha's expression. Ranvir looks at saniha, and saniha imagines ranvir looking at her lovingly and then begins to dream 😆 (Saniha is running towards ranvir as she says "RAN-VIR" Ranvir is running towards her and says "SANI-HA" both hug [Kuch Kuch Hota Hai tune plays in the back ground]😆). Ranvir clicks his finger and saniha snaps out of her dream. Ranvir says "Kahaan kho gayi?" Sanjana giggles. Dharaa too looks strangely at Saniha. Saniha says "uhhhh...kuch nahin woh tum...nahin nahin woh shaadi...mera matlab hai tum mujhe propose...uhhh...nahi woh...Designs....main humare naye designer collection ke baare mein...soch...rahi thi." Ranvir sighs and has a slight smile on his face, sanjana is giggling. Ranvir says "Sanjana, aap kyun hass rahi hai?" Sanjana says 'Bas aise hi...mujhe hasna acha lagta hai.' Ranvir leans on her desk and says "Aur kya kya acha lagta hai?" saniha and dharaa look on at ranvir and Sanjana with their eyes widened. Sanjana notices this and then looks back at ranvir and says "pasand toh sab jaan na chahte hai...main aapko apni na pasand bataun?' Ranvir nods. 'Well, koi ladka mere itne kareeb ho, mujhe yeh bilkul pasand nahin..." Ranvir looks at himself and slowly backs away. Sanjana smiles sarcastically. Saniha says "Well guys chalo meeting ke liye late ho jaayenge." Dharaa and saniha leave. Ranvir just thinks "Boss...iss ladki ko patana wakai bohut mushkil hai...par namumkin nahin...thoda time lagega par pat jaayegi." Sanjana looks up and sees ranvir still standing there. She says 'Ranvir...i think aapko meeting attend karni chahiye...mujhe dekhne se zyada aapke liye meeting important hai." Ranvir snaps out and says "uhhh..haan...I think I better go." Sanjana points to her right and says "Conference room wahaan hai." Ranvir leaves, Sanjana watches him go and slightly shakes her head and says "I hate boys" she gets back to work.
Everyone is in the conference room. Rohan says "Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen. Aapko yahaan humare next month ke issue ke liye bulaya gaya hai. Humara jo naya issue aayega usmein sirf summer collections honge. Jaise beach wear, casual wear and formal wear. Summer ke beach wear collection ke liye Ranvir aur Ragini ko duty di gayi hai." Ranvir thinks "Oh toh Ms gayab ka naam Ragini hai. Sweeet..." Rohan says "Casual wear dharaa aur veer handle karenge.' Veer gets all happy, while dharaa gets a little annoyed. "aur formal wear ke liye Saniha aur karan aap dono. Any issues?' no one says anything 'Good..well then tell me your ideas." Ragini says "Well sir main aur Ranvir ne yeh socha hai ki hum humare collection ke liye ek real beach location choose karenge...it will give it a more natural environment." Rohan is nodding. Ranvir says "aur sir humne yeh socha tha ki yeh photoshoot goa mein ho." Ragini is surprised. Rohan says "why goa? Mumbai mein bhi beaches hain..wahaan kyun nahin?" Ranvir says 'Well sir, goa mein zyada variety hai...and sir goa is famous for beaches. Toh it will look better. More real...and sir aap jaante hai Mumbai ka atmosphere..." rohan agrees and says "Theek hai toh kab jaana chahte ho tum dono locations finalise karne ke liye?" ranvir says "woh..." Ragini gets up and says 'Sir i'm sorry, ain goa nahin ja paungi." Ranvir looks on at Ragini, rohan says "Miss sharma aap kyun nahin jaa payengi goa? This is your job." Ragini says "Sir, I know ki this is my job, par main ek ladke saath akele goa nahin jaa sakti." Rohan says "Miss Sharma, don't worry, you're in safe hands...and besides aapka kaam bohut zyada travelling allow karta hai...toh aapko jaana hi padega...you have to be professional. So you must go. Aur jab aap location finalise kardenge, humara baaki ka crew will join you guys. So don't worry." Ragini begins to think and says "uhhh...okay sir." Rohan says "Please baithiye." Ragini takes a seat. Rohan begins to talk again and asks other about their ideas. Ranvir leans next to ragini and whispers "tumhe mere saath goa jaane mein kya problem hai? Khud pe bharosa nahi hai kya?" Ragini says 'Nahin...khud par toh bharosa hai, par tumpar nahin." Ranvir backs away and looks on at ragini, ragini looks the other way. Ranvir says "tumhe khaa nahin jaungi main." Everyone looks at ranvir. Ranvir realises he was a bit loud. Rohan says "any problem Mr Rajvansh?" Ranvir says "uhhh...no...no problem sir." Rohan says "toh shall we continue the meeting?" Ranvir says "abso...absolutely..." rohan continues the meeting. He asks ranvir about when did they want to leave for goa to finalise the locations. Ranvir says 'Sir the sooner the better.' Rohan thinks and says "How about the day after tomorrow?" both agree, but ragini is still worried and thinks 'bauji ko kya kahungi?' The meeting finally finshes and rohan gets them to go home and be early tomorrow morning.
Ragini is leaving the office; Ranvir sees her tensed. Ragini is walking to the bus stop. Ranvir follows her and says "hey Ms gayab...uhhh...Rag...Ragini..." ragini turns around and is angry. "arrey tumhe kya hua? Itni tension mein kyun ho?" Ragini says "Tumhari wajah se...tumne mujhse yeh puchna zaroori nahin samjha ki main goa jaana chahti hoon ya nahin? Seedha jaakar meeting mein boldiya...' Ranvir says "Well yeh idea mujhe conference room mein hi aaya tha..toh amine bata diya..." Ragini says "Main tum ladko ko achi tarah se jaanti hoon...samjahte kya ho tum aapne aap ko? Tum jo kahoge main maan loongi? Dekho hum saath mein goa zaroor jaayenge...par alag alag...hum wahaan sirf kaam ke liye milenge aur kuch nahin...samjhe tum?' Ragini leaves and ranvir just watches and says "Strange girl." He too leaves in his car. Ragini is waiting for the bus. Ranvir stops his car in front of the bus stop and says "ms gayab...yahaan wait karna khatre se khaali nahin hai...chalo main tumhe ghar drop kart deta hoon." Ragini says "Nahin main khudapna khayaal rakh sakti hoon. So please...mujhe akela chod do." Ranvir says 'soch lo." Ragini rolls her eyes and looks the other way. Ranvir says 'okay. Your choice." Ranvir drives away. Ragini is waiting for the bus, but no bus arrive so she decides to walk and find a taxi. So she begins to walk and look around for a taxi, but the road is very quiet, not a single person is to be seen on the road. The dogs are barking, the cats are meowing. Ragini begins to get scared. She begins to walk forward in fear. Suddenly she hears some strange noises and gets scared.
Precap; Ranvir's car breaks down and Ragini gets down from the car and says "Tumhari gaadi bilkul tumhari tarah hai...ek dum bekaar." Ranvir says "Eh...meri gaadi ko kuch nahin hua...bas yeh tumhari meharbaani hai..meri car ko tum jaisi ladki pasand nahin hai, isiliye bandh hogayi." Ragini sighs in anger. Ranvir and ragini look at each other.
