HELLO EVERYONE :D

I have been a frequent visitor of the Bidaai forums for quite a while now but never really got myself registered. Having read some beautiful posts by Sadhna-Alek fans, however, I found I couldn't stop myself from going ahead and telling them how much I have loved their thoughts and how strongly I support and encourage them. :D In particular, topics by OmShanti1111 are always my favorites! Thanks guys for such wonderful discussions!

I am crazy about this show, or more specifically - Sadhna. When she is abused I feel like I am suffering myself! Lol! And after having read all the comments and suggestions I felt you guys missed pointing out just one little thing:-

When Sadhna said that truth at court against Ranvir, she knew very well how her selfish family would react to that. She knew Vasu would treat her like dirt (not that Vasu was ever NICE to anyone except her sons) and she knew Alek would also be mad. But she still didn't care...so that was a sacrifice yet again. :) She didn't care how bad she'll suffer...she just made sure Ranvir didn't come out of jail feeling guilty forever! So therefore it's wrong to say Sadhna was selfish coz she separated Ranvir-Ragini...she actually brought even bigger trouble to HERSELF than she did to her sister!

Please clarify-did she blurt out the truth or was she calm while giving her testimony?Cos there are contradictory statements here in the forum with some saying she already decided and said accordingly and some saying that she blurted it out.

I remember Sadhna herself had said a couple of episodes back that the truth slipped out of her before she even knew it...in either case, she always had the best interest of Ranvir and Ragini in mind!
And she was anything but calm at that moment...she had fainted once, and the second time too she was scared and nervous!

Actually its neither. It was obvious that Sadhana was always uncomfortable with lying in the court-room. But she was torn between the love of her family vs the truth until the last minute. That's why she went to Mamaji as she was so confused. Only Sadhana and Ranveer knew the entire truth(how the goon was hit in the head by Ranveer and how Sadi tried to stop him) so no one else could guide her or gave her a chance to explain her dilemma.
In the court-room, first time when she was asked whether Ranveer hit the goon or not, she remembered what everyone had told her before and their POVs. She became so nervous when PP asked her to say the truth after taking an oath, so she fainted.
Before she was called the second time, she met PP. PP told her that she knows Sadi can't lie as she is Sharmaji's daughter. Sadi told her that I am an ordinary woman, so for me familty matters the most. Then PP gave her a bhashan about how she got divorced and how she values Mamaji's principles.

When Sadi was called in the witness-box second time, she tried to explain everything. But PP didn't let her and told her that they all know what happened ....just tell us did Ranveer hit the goon or not ? Sadi looked at Ranveer and Mamaji, they gave her silent support and after a pause she said "YES" as she couldn't say "NO". Kissa khatam !!
