Never saw that guy before.But both looks a bit similar I guess esp both seem to have he light eyes.

I always felt Kinshuk looks a bit like Hrithik cos of his light eyes and long face.Not offending any fans but some of his mannerisms like when he meets Ragini before going to jail reminds me so much of Hrithik
