I just hope Sadhana stands by her ethics and follows the right path in saving Ranveer. She shouldn't bow down to the pressure put by Alekh and his family.
She is the only saving grace in the show and the reason I watch the show now. Hope RS wont let us down.

Sadhana should follow her conscience and not become emotionally weak. There is a difference between right and wrong, putting blame on another person to save a loved one is a sin. Also lying after taking an oath would be morally wrong. Just hope RS will give a right message to the audience.

If she lets the love of anyone blind her then there will be no difference b/w her and Kaushi who is blinded by the love of her daughter and cant distinguish b/w right and wrong or good and bad.

My statement was a generalised statement for anyone who tries to find fault with a noble character like Sadhna. Sadhna is a human being and a cherubic character, who is not God. I want to write this because in the next post, someone will write that some people like me write Sadhna as an angel and then after as human being, so where lies the justification? My anticipated reply is there is a difference between an angelic charcater and God. Anyone can make mistakes, but if it is not grave or one minor mistake in 20 years, it should not taken into consideration only. But sometimes, when we do not like a character and we want to demean that character, then people find out the silliest reason to put the character at fault.
If I try to find fault with Sadhna's character for example, I can also say many things..... the way Sadhna sat on the sofa the other day was not good. She should have bent her right knee instead of left first, and then bent her waist to finally allign herself on the sofa. This is just an example to show how people find fault with a character like Sadhna.
Mods, pls do not close this topic, any topic on Sadhna is intentionally attacked just to get it closed....I made this topic in a generalised way and hope broadminded people can participate here.

I know your statement did not refer to me. I never said it did. I just said what I felt, and what I interpreted from your statement, and in my post I did say that you may not have meant what I interpreted. Second: I have better things to do with my time then to intentionally attack a post on Sadhna to get it closed. Anyways, I do not want to get into an argument either so we should just call a truce and agree to disagree!

@purple : I so agree with you. Angel is not someone with a "halo" or part of mythological story. Its actually someone with a heart of gold, who is selfless and loving, humble and has a good sense of right or wrong. Just like Sadhana. For me, even Mamaji is an angel for Sadhana. The way he raised her like his own daughter and never differentiated between her and his own kids is simply commendable. These characters are so inspirational.

There are people like them in real life too. That's why there is still goodness and hope in this world.

i am not a regular follower of this show, but do tune in, primarily because i love the character of sadhana.
i am a regular on IF though, and am always surprised by how much sadhana is attacked here. the character of sadhana is a that of a *noble*, righteous girl. she has started loving alekh, but what she did for him initially was through a sense of duty. her sense of duty, and sense of right is what guides her, though it may or may not seem right to anyone else. she's a brave little fighter, willing to stand alone for what she believes in. she rarely finds happiness or love - but she does not give in, does not stop doing good. in that she is truly mamaji's inheritor.
and also more like ranvir than anyone else around her. she and ranvir seem to understand each other best because they share the same sense of doing right no matter what.

Infact I was thinking the same. I actually refrained from saying this, as I have heard how those who side too much with Sadhna are not assured of their security😆 ... oops!

I agree with both of you. Its a pity that people don't value goodness and righteousness these days. Even in the show Kaushi can never stop her anti-Sadhana mission. This happens in real life too. I get so amused by the fact that someone would waste so much energy in finding faults in Sadhana or even Mamaji. And someone who appreciates her goodness is labeled as a blind devotee. 😆

I have been watching this show from the beginning. I was/am so impressed with Sadhana's and Mamaji's characters. They share a lovely bond. I still remember how Mamaji brought her back from the station when Kaushi made her leave the house with those greedy relatives in Mamaji's absence. Also when he told Sadi that her father is no more. Those were the golden days....bidaai used to be a top-class show. And the funny thing is that there were no male lead actors in the show for first six months but people loved this show.
Alok Nath and Sara Khan share a wonderful chemistry and make it look so real.
