Pracheen was 1st choice for Alekh's role

I read an article which said Pracheen Chauhan was Rajan's first choice to play Angad in Bidaai while Nikhil Chaddha was finalized to play the role of Naitik. It's said Rajan was firm on both the choices but Channel wanted a new face instead of Pracheen while they were not quite impressed with Chaddha. Though they lost role in Bidaai & YRKKH, Rajan casted them in his show Swarg on Colors where both play the role of Shubh & Ansh.

well i think that the channel was right!!
but i don't think rajan shahi thought anything like this.
in his blog he said that angad was not selected after the first audition.but a friend of angad asked him to change his looks and got for the other audition.he did and rajan shahi was impressed.

angad is the best!!!!❤️👍🏼

I think we already had an article about this quite sometime back.

Again, Angad is the apt choice, he is cut out to play Alekh. And also, I think age-wise Sara and Angad make a better couple. If Pracheen was chosen, the creatives should have looked for an elderly girl, which in no way had suited the story line.

its impossible to even imagine a different actor in alekh's role cuz NOBODY cud've played alekh wid such perfection like angad...angad is the only original alekh & will remain tht forever...
