Alekh and Ranveer share an unique bond as siblings... even if Ranveer later is shown to be not his biological sibling, I dont think it should change their relationship in anyway...
Ranveer is the one responsible for bringing back Alekh to his normal self and taking all the pain that his brother Alekh can get every happiness and lead a normal life. Ranveer is an example of what a brother should be...Had it not been Ranveer's efforts, Alekh would have lived in that terrible condition under the killer's influence throughout his life... After getting normal, It will be Alekh's turn to do his best for Ranveer...He had the courage and intelligence to think and dig into the matter that a family member could be involved in Alekh's misery....In this world, where noone thinks of the other person, Ranveer is an extreme example of humanity and duty....
