Sadhna's haldi ceremony continues on, and then she is taken away. Meanwhile, at the Rajvansh house, Alekh is playing his harmonica when Ambika comes in just then. She asks whats wrong, but he brushes it off as nothing. She hands him the clothes he should wear for his haldi ceremony, and he tells her that Sadhna forgot her chunri and how she asked Ambika to bring it there.

At the Sharmas, Ragini shows Sadhna her wedding outfit and all the jewelry, which brings Sadhna to tears. Shlok comes there and tells Sadhna he is going to see Alekh, since he called him there. There, Alekh is waiting for Shlok in his room when Ranvir comes and drags him downstairs to begin the rasm. The ceremony begins and Shlok arrives; Alekh explains to everyone how he called him here. All are happy except for Vasu. In between the ceremony, Alekh gets up and drags Shlok off with him to his room.

Shlok asks Alekh what was so urgent to tell him that he left his own haldi ceremony half way. Before Alekh can say anything, Sadhna calls and inquires if everything is fine. Shlok assures her and hangs up. Alekh then puts his haldi on Shlok and tells him that he is the dulha.

Sadhna's mehendi rasm begins while Alekh tells Shlok that he must marry Sadhna instead, and he has to take his place in the mandap. Just then, Ambika comes there and is surprised to see Shlok's face smeared with haldi. She laughs it off and takes Alekh away telling Shlok to make sure he washes his face and hands before he comes downstairs.

At the Sharma house Sadhna is worried for Alekh and Ragini notices. She tells Sadhna that she knows she is missing Alekh and they both hug.
