Well seeing march 31st episode i have a feeling sholk knos alekh N was not able to recognise him.
So i thot probably at some tym alekh was either his classmate or his doc (or assistant to a doc who treated alekh)
wat do u feel bout this?
I thnk he was alekhs classmate coz if he was his doc he cud have identified him easily

i think he was his friend when they were kids.....b/c watching todays promo for 2morrow... them playing the song together they were childhood friends

It does seem like Alekh recognized him... but how??? Guess his face didnt change much since elementary school😆

They went to same boarding school.........and were in the school orchestra.

Yes thats a nice guess -- school orchestra n all....and even Shlok mentions to Malti that Rajvansh name sounds familiar (when malti tells that Ragini and Sadhna are married to Rajvansh lads) ...
