may be they know each other related with his illness and treatment.. as we are yet to know where all they taken aalekh for treatment, as inderjeet mentioned that they tried everything.. don't know where and what they tried..

i dont know what is going on but i know that there are a lot of mysteries regarding ranvash family.

I also thought that maybe Shlok knows the Rajvansh name by how familiar Rajvansh parivaar is in India with thei businesses so he must of some knowledged on them

Well i guess since ranvir is looking for a doctor in Dehli n shlok is also going to settle in dehli hes the one Alekh is going to get the treatment from... ranvir said he talked to the doctor so that means shlok mustve heard abt rajvansh tht they have a mentally ill son who needs a treatment but he mustve not exactly remember the name thats why he was in delima when he heard Rajvanshs name i dont think so theres any other connection of shlok with em n that look that Alekh gave him was just to create some drama thats it...
