Sadhna's case.....like Cindrella...or...worse ???

I really pity Sadhna....the way mamiji and her life treats her is so heart breaking.....poor girl she didnt get enough love from anyone.

Sadhna's story definitely has many elements of the Cinderella story since she's suffering so much right now......Kaushi's step-motherly treatment is the main point that makes is similar.....but she's still a little better off since she does have Mamaji and Ragi as her support from that family.

o yes, Sadhna story is similar to Cinderella, she has a Mamiji in place of a step mother but treatment is the same, and she is married to Prince Charming 😳

Overall though, I feel really bad for her and I too want Aalekh to now get better and for her to get her share of happiness :-)

Defintely Sadhna's case is worse because Cinderalla didn't get a mentally disabled husband. Cindrella became a princess after her marraige and Sadhna is still considered a "servant".

If only Vasu was a mother-in-law, then Sadi can finally get the love of a mother though Choti Ma is always there to support her. Sadi's case is very sad. She doesn't have any evil step sisters like Cinderella but the step-mother definitely is Kaushi! Don't worry, pretty soon Sadi will have a fairytale ending with Alekh getting better!

@Anu: No Anu.....actually come to think of it....even other people's concern like mamaji, chotima does not act that strong of a balm on her pain coz the one's she look upto doesnt value her affection that much...and i think that hurts her the most.
But the patience and the self-control to absorb the pain so much......shows how strong of a girl she is.

@Sonal: I guess I see your point.....Sadhna's suffering is worse in some ways since she herself is so focussed on mainly getting maternal affection from Kaushi who is ironically the only person who won't give it to her....She does have Ragini in some ways as a maternal presence in her life but the flipside also is that Sadhna is a person approaching sainthood.....she will continue to suffer in silence but never project her pain to anyone, not even her sister who is the closest to her.

So for her story to now take a big twist, her Prince Charming a.k.a. Aalekh will now have to be the one to bring a transformation I'm guessing.

Today's Sadi scene on the phone with Kaushi just made me feel very sad.....Sadhna was so happy, chirping almost, and then everything fell apart....*sigh*...

@Jaya: Wow, that's a great thought yaar! Imagine Aalekh....recovered Aalekh especially yelling at Kaushi in defence of Sadhna! That would be something to watch!
