I would have to disagree. I think Parul is just perfect for this role! She has a fresh new charm to her that very few actresses on TV have right now.

And ROFL! Are you SERIOUSLY saying that Kinshuk is a better actor than Parul?😲😆....Ok, I don't mean to be rude....but I'm sorry I'm just too shocked at that😆😆

Kinshuk has no doubt improved a lot since the beginning days and I commend him for that....but Parul is a much better actor than him...I've felt that since the beginning.

Vis a vis how they look together....I don't think they look 'silly' at all....rather they bring a freshness, innocence and simplicity to their pairing.

I guess it is her 'chin quivering' acting that's bothering you, right? I do think sometimes it gets a bit much....but in general, she is excellent in the emotional scenes....the 'quivering' and all seems natural and makes you feel even more for the character....well that's how it is for me anyways😆

So I wouldn't ever want Parul replaced....I can't think of any other actress who could do justice to this role.....her chemistry with all the other actors is just spot on👏

Reshmi Ghosh is a good actress no doubt but she doesn't have a delicate enough persona for this role.....she seems more suited to the grey sort of roles that she has done so far.....the character of Ragini has a guileless basic sweetness to her....I really can't see Reshmi being able to portray that.

thats the only part i agree with And its not all her fault..directore are suppose to help her with this ...and about looks , i have seen her modelling pics and i think she can look really pretty.... yes in some scenes she did look bad but if you look at ranveer even he is not so perfect,..there are scenes when he doesnt look that gud..i mean every1 is in love with him so they wud never realize or point that out....ALso m sure as they have more sences together they will look even better together ( mayb makeup artisst /directore are still working on them)...if you take Saloni-nahar example...i thought they ver the worst couple ever....but now they look ok....

I think Parul looks older (in looks) when she stands next to ranvir. Their Jodi does not look good. Its not about being dark or not but she does not look right w/ ranvir. That's my opinion,,, so I agree to the person who created the topic. I am not a fan of Sara or Parul's acting either. But respect to everyone who think they are great.

I think Parul is doing justice to her roll. I'm always been liking her more than sadhna. I like her more than sadhna in looks as well. Sadhna's character is somewhat we can find in other shows or atleast we can relate it. But Parul's character is new, not have seen much. Also since the show has begun, there is so much of less time when her character is happy. She is always heartbroken so what kind acting we can expect?! Same rona dhona and all. According to me, Kinshuk is the weakest in acting if we compare to all others. But as we say, sometime the good looks and charm takes over so we look at that than the acting.

What attracted me the most was Parul and Kinshuk...

Parul is superb!

The character of Ragini is best played by her. I have always enjoyed Ragini more than Sadhna as well.

Yes, Kinshuk might be the weakest, but he has shown a vast improvement! I love to see him grow as an actor, especially from Kaajal days😕😆

I can't say more than this as I have not seen this show from the begining, but I can say from what I have seen that I have enjoyed Ranvir and Ragini the most!

LOL Gagan.....yes Kinshuk has indeed shown improvement since his Kaajjal days 😆

I remember when I first saw him, I was like...THIS is Dev??😕😆....Such a contrast from the old Dev! But I still thought he was good in the scenes where the girl would tease him about being Devinder and he'd get all upset and say "Dev!"😆

Anyways, coming back to topic.....I also agree....Parul is gorgeous and plays the role of Ragi very well.....in a very sweet and endearing manner!

Also the quivering you mentioned.. might get repetitive, but as you said it suits her and makes it real...

Honestly in real life do we really change our expressions everytime we cry so it wont be the same expression?

There are some habits that we cannot get rid ((ie: shaking your legs, biting your nail, rolling your thumb) in such situations so her quivering has become a habit that she cannot get rid of 🤣

You have a good reason to *gulp* there my darling! 😉 Quite a few people out here think that Parul is one of the better actors out of the four new leads, and I happen to be one of them.

I get that the quivering gets to you after a while, but Ragini's character is such that she has always had doubts about herself because of what people say about her looks and has always been unconfident and insecure. Only because people have talked behind her back and belittled her upfront just because of her skin color. After a point of time, those things are bound to get to you psychologically and affect your personality. One cannot imagine anyone with confident personalities like Reshmi Ghosh or the Saloni actress (don't know much about her) portraying such a demure and bashful role.

Regarding her pairing with Ranvir, Parul does look a bit older than Kinshuk, but the majority of their chemitry comes from how they emote with each other. And in this respect, I beg to differ, but Kinshuk lacks a lot more. One simply cannot overlook this factor because the actor's looks are pleasant to the eye! Although he has improved, his expressions are still not convincing enough. Which is the reason, if there's any, to blame for the pairs' akwardness or lack of chemistry (which I think has gotten better with time, as Kinshuk improves).

For example, the "imaginary hug" of last week. Parul was hugging as if her last strand of life depended on Ranvir, and Kinshuk, far from reciprocating that, did not even look as if his longing to be with Ragini had been finally satisfied during the hug. He just looked content. Contentment is not what you feel when you get back the love of a person you thought you've lost forever.

Nevertheless, he is improving and I like their unconventional pair.
