Hey everyone,
Just a quick little discussion about how much weightage does money hold into life. We have our show which has been highlighting the contrasting conditions in the 2 extreme sections of society..Where one is ready to buy anything at the drop of their coin and other is willing to accept the cash at the cost of their self respect although we do witness exceptions in form of Gauri who does stick to her guns about self-respect and wouldn't budge from it.
But, anyways it always has been on top of discussion to reason out as to why people try to weigh things out solely on the basis of money. Monetary papers do have their own set of values confined in this materialistic space and as much as we try to balance the parameters, it has always been at the helm of necessity. Of course, it holds it's important value to fulfil the basic requirements of life and also for sustenance. There is always a chain attached to earning these cash goodies, as seen in majority of the cases, everyone earns not only for his own self but also for their families. Then why is that when it comes to a thought about family, they seem to take a backseat in front of money? I am not aiming it at anything in particular but take for instance today's epi where Gauri's nani was going all out her way to get back the money RR had offered her even if it meant at the same of her GD's self-respect. She did see her being taunted and brought low but still she was mum about it for at that particular instance, the cash is what mattered to her.
Would want to know your views on the same..
