IMO, the peripheral polarity between both characters is deliberately created as squabble & dissension has been the necessary ITV dictate ,to create opposites attract - the audience & TRP 😆 though (& it's early) both the lead characters are far from righteous " expected ITV mahaan ", there is definite undercurrent that is tangible of something deeper that is defining SiShani personalities- Sid's conscience acknowledges the trespassing or bending of rules but Ishani's is more in denial (she looked flummoxed when Dr Rishabh pointed the same) there is definte disorganised distracted energy around her, which could be the explanation for her OCD 😔
SiShani interactions in first few episodes is more of laying independent traits of a placid acceptance & impetuous denial around everyday conduct which is obvious 😃the common straight line of stability , one end Dr Shashank & the other (now) Dr Juhi, will eventually through circumstances, in & around Sanjeevni will bring together these two angles together.
As onscreen couple the chemistry will be set to motion with fuel & wheels once Sid would arrive as knight in shinning armour for damsel in distress at accident site 😆
