My Take On Dr Juhi's OT Behaviour

Dr Juhi is a very very efficient doc as per S1 and s2's intro. According to Dr Shashank he is on Amazing hand right now. he has full trust on her . not only Dr shashank , but also the whole sanjivani fraternity is now currently looking Forward only on Dr Juhi. there is a biggest responsibilities on Dr Juhi currently .

So Dr juhi is now going on a lot of pressure . Like Dr shashank is her mentor . a biggest emotional bond she has shared with him. sometimes a easy thing we could not apply on our favorite person. That time our thoughts always mix up with lot of random emotions .another thing is , Dr shashank is in critical condition where max time patient could not survive (as per juhi in 3rd episode) at all, chances are very low.. and on OT as per Dr Juhi's monologue was - if she would take any drastic or wrong attempt here shashnak's career / eyesight / brain cell could be permanently damaged. so it is very risky.

another thing if the operation will go wrong people/ Anjali will blame her as well as she must do for herself also . in Munna bhai MBBS - doc Rastoghi once said- "if i do surgery for a unknown or nomal patient i will never be fridged , it will be easy for me. but if my daughter will be on OT , my hand will be shaken for sure. cos i am emotionally connected with her. "

so i completely Understand Dr Juhi's Dilemma . She could not get time to think twice. and before going to surgery dr mahesh's last tear for living alive it completely has broke her heart. not a single doc or dr anjali inspired her . she just came and had to face everything suddenly. even she could not

yes she should not be unprofessional , she should be brave being a doc . but sometimes a braver person could not control her emotion in some points and That is human being. it is not only about doc , but also for everyone. Right now Dr Juhi needs proper boast up and inspiration where she could completely motivate herself properly and could make aside her emotion. if in this place Ishani will inspire her , That is completely ok. it is not about a junior will teach senior . everyone could inspire each other in every ages and we should take it sportingly .

so it is no about juhi's unprofessional behave . it is very natural, everyone has soft corner and sometime we could not control our breakdown.

Now I am damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn excited to watch Dr juhi and Dr ishani's Team work .

I agree with u. But still I m very much disappointed by juhi's unprofessional attitude. She is a Doctor after all. Yaha emotion ko kabu rakhna parta hai khumji yaha galtiya ki koi jaga nehi hai. Is she couldn't control her emotion then it may cause life risk of her idol, her mentor. Pher kya wo apni apko maaf kar payegi?😢

I read or I've seen somewhere that someone said 'Dr.Juhi phir se Freeze ho gayi' matlab isse pehle bhi aisa hua kya. kya inki OT mein Freeze hone ki wajah se she was suspended from Sanjivani back then?😕

That is why she needs a strong mental and moral support right now to make her mind strong. cos right now she is stuck among in emotions, pressures, risks and huge responsibilities .it is not completely unprofessional attitude. if it was then she of course had past record . but as per shanshank n others she has a very good reputation in neurology. that means she dint face this type of situtaion in past.

I think Firse Freeze means in First attempt she was already ,in second attempt she will also ..

and if she had past experience to be frozen in OT like that then it will be her biggest flaw

I do understand her problem but then she should have refused to operate him because this can put his life into risk. I knowof some good doctors who never operate their close relatives, because of similar emotions about what you said. But taking the responsibility and then leaving the patient in OT for hours was too much. They did it only to intensify the dramatic effect.

she refused , but DR shashank forced her one kind of emotionally .. like - marne do ge mujhe? is taraki bat sunke koi bhi ek marte huye patient ko mana nei kar sakte .. aur woh toh juhi ke sabse karib koi ...dr juhi looked so much unstable ..

Point 😃with great power comes responsibility & she agreed with inquietude .

as I had mentioned in another post, mind is a beautiful servant but a dangerous master, the moment emotions start to overwhelm & dominate the calm rational control slips,her personal lines overtook the professional call, especially when she thought of Dr Shashank's- ' I want to live ' the pressure blurred the fine lines, the fear opted for flight rather than fight , it was obvious the situation taking every ounce of strength to remain still silent in calm control as she was battling with fear panic due to enormity of responsibility & accountability - first to herself then others, Dr Shashank is her mentor, philospher & guide..an idol. Her veneer showed signs of crack at the sight of Dr Shashank as patient,from there itself the energy & her confidence were raw & edgy with trepidation.

Gk was excellent in portraying tumult of emotions too complex at the moment but powerful enough to leave her feeling battered ⭐️

Phirse means ,she tried surgery on Dr. Shashank for the second time but is about to fail again. But I do believe that she will succeed during the second time

I understand that. But still this was too much to leave a critical patient for hours without treatment. I am not blaming dr Juhi. I am blamingthe makers here. They wanted to intensify the dramatic effect. In addition to this they also wanted Ishani to bond with her. That is why dr juhi will only operate after getting advice from Ishani. These are the reasons why they showed her freezing and crying for hours leaving critical patient in the OT.
