Can anyone tell me the story of sangam??

hello everyone, i have recently started watchin sangam, from where saagar got an accident and lost his eyes, and i am quite confused now that how did saagar betrayed her, why saagar thinks that ganga is dead and how she comes to his house and lots many quetions, so can some1 very very kindly tell me the WHOLE story of sangam briefly......plz from the beginning and all.......

sagar came to know that jhanvi is his ganag and that car when sagar sat in shakher about to drive it balbir and his father did the car's break fail so when sagar drive the car he couldn't handled the car and he lost his eyes ganga read that letter write by kaveri she wrote that she loves sagar so much so ganag think that he loves someone else so she thinks that he bateryed her when sagar reached in hospital ganag's mother told him that ur ganag is dead she is nomore so he thought she dead but she was alive and khurana uncle took her to his house and treated her as his daughter when she got better he told her that she is his daughter now and she will live with us thats how she is living in his house shakher beings to fall with ganag and gudiya shakher's daughter likes her as her mother so shakher told jhanvi that she can live with us thats how she is living in shakher's house i hope this help to u 😃

Well.. the show starts with ganga being in a village, then the father dies in the village, one guy kills him madan, that same guy want to marry her, then what happense sagar comes to the village for some work, their he meets ganga and they both fall in love. ganga mother does not like that and tells ganga to leave sagar and marry madan. sagar leaves for city and ganga runs away to find him. ganga meets this women who tries to turn her into a prostitue but she doesn't suceed then ganga goes back to her village by madan, then she tries to run away b/c she doesn't want to marry madan sagar finds out ganga is marring mother and runs to her, they meet up and spend a night together, in the morn while ganga is still sleeping sagar goes outside to get wedding stuff for them to marry, on the way back madan hits sagar with the truck. ganga ends up thinking that sagar betrayed her, she goes back to the villageto marry madan but at the madap the police comes and takes madan away for killing the father. seeing that ganga mother gets heart attack and ends up in the hospital, the doc says he needs money to do the operation, ganga goes out to get some money and on her way she sees madan who had ran away, madan tries to rape her and she ends up falling in a river. everyone thinks she is dead, sagar goes running to ganga mother and she tells him ganga is dead and she dies too.

sagar goes back and gets ready to marry kaveri, kaveri father finds ganga in the river, he takes her to his room and get her well, when ganga goes back to her village she sees that her mom is dead and everyone in the village hates her and her family. seeing that kaveri father says he will take care of her.

Yeah they did. Just recently. Sunny aka Sagar got his eyesight back so he was able to recognise Ganga but he thinks she killed his brother, sadly.
