Relationships in this show are odd.

Okay, so Sagar and Balbir are Surendra's sons, but Shekhar is the son on Surendra's older brother. Sagar and Shekhar were first cousins.

Janvi calls Shanta did because of her relation wit her, but before she got married to Shekhar she considered Subudh her brother, hence she calls hin 'bhaiya'

Shanta calls Buaji did because she doesn't like feeling old, so she prefers being called didi
