Hi All

I just started watching this show two weeks ago. It was highly recommended by a friend who simply loves this show.
I must say, Sangam did not disappoint me at all. However, I am highly not in agreement with the show ending on March 6, 2009-The writers have to address that Ganga was in prison for 8 years. But from the precap it seems there is something up with Aryan? I think they should really take one more week to wrap up this show.
I have nothing but praise for this show, the cast and the simple storyline. I am trying to watch the beginning episodes, the episodes from 2007 are hard to find. Finally, there was a show that did not have sisters sleeping with one man, one night stands, multiple marriages, multiple miscarriages, evil sisters, or evil mil, etc..phew..
In this show, the main female character, Ganga is an independent girl, a simple but strong minded girl-it was good for a change to watch how she manages her tragic and unforeseen situation in life with a lot of dignity, grace and humility. Jennifer Winget was perfect. I am going to definately miss this show. By the way, did I already say the casting was perfect, both thelead female and male characters are cast well suited for the roles they portray.
