14th August 08 Written Update
Starts off from yesterday, Saagar shouting at Kaveri!
Saagar: you know that if it wasn't for Jhanvi then…. (he sees Ganga standing at the back, he stares at her, Kaveri notices she also turns around, cameo sequence on Saagar and Ganga)
Ganga: I want to talk to you about something Saagar! (Kaveri looks at Saagar, Saagar lowers he eyes, Ganga moves forward) and you will have to accept what I say!
Saagar turns around, folding his arm!
Saagar: if you want me to apologise to Bua, then that won't happen!!
Ganga: even if you don't apologise to Bua, you will still remain smaller then her! (Saagar moves his glance towards Ganga, Kaveri looks down) Bua is older then you, to respect elders is our culture (Saagar continues to turn his eyes towards Ganga) and you will insult this culture!
Saagar unfolds his arm and faces Ganga!
Saagar: but they are wrong Jhanvi (pointing at the floor)
Ganga: even you are wrong! (Saagar shocked) look Saagar, you and Kaveri are going to start a new life, and Bua wants to give her blessings, (Saagar folding his hand again, looks away from Ganga, in anger) think for yourself, do you think you should let this wedding happen without her blessing? (Saagar shocked)
In Bua's room, she is packing her things, Puttan, Alka and Shanta-Shubodh are there! Shubodh tries to talk to her, by saying that Saagar is your own child! Bua says that if you were all there then in between 4 people she would have never been insulted! She carries on packing! Shanta tells Puttan to try talking to her! Puttan says he would if she was in any state to listen, she has been vey hurt, but if you insist I'll try! He tells her to listen to them and stay, he starts whispering to her saying why are you packing fast, it better not be that we really have to go! Bua whispers back saying what should I do, Saagar isn't here, I don't know what's taking Jhanvi long to convince him! Shubodh and Shanta are wondering what they are talking about! She then sits down on the bed and starts complaining saying that the boy I considered my son insulted me, Ramji did you keep me alive to see this day! Shanta goes to comfort her, saying that stop crying, Saagar is small! Bua thinks don't try to take care of me Shanta, go and bring Saagar, now he will take care of me!!
Saagar, Ganga and Kaveri come into the room! Everyone looks at him!
Bua: (puts on an act, starts talking to Puttan) enough crying, pack our bags, we will go to the village, where we will not be insulted! (she starts closing up her suitcase and Kaveri and Ganga look at each other, Bua picks her suitcase off the bed and turns around, Saagar is standing there)
Saagar: buaji, I want to….
Bua: (she drps her suitcase on the floor) leave it, no need to apologise, I forgive you (Shubodh surprised, Ganga smiles, Bua turns to Shanta) and Shanta and you said that elders should forgive the children!
Shanta: (puts her hand on Bua's shoulder) does that mean that you have .. Jhanvi??
Bua: if Kaveri, damadji, you, all want this that Jhanvi is present in the wedding, then she can be present! After all, why would I object! (Shubodh smiles and so does Shanta)
Puttan thinks that Thank God, otherwise he thought that he would be going out from the house today!
Ganga: (to Kaveri) didi, come to get ready for the Mehndi ceremony! (Saagar looks down at this)

Its night time! Ganga is in the hall, she takes something to the idol of God, a pandit is sitting there, the pandit tells Ganga to get something else! She starts to walk off! Gudiya comes through the door (she is with her Nani) and calls out to Ganga, Ganga stops walking and look there! She is happy, Gudiya runs towards Ganga! She hugs Ganga, Ganga greets the Nani, and Shanta also comes (with a plate of something) she also greets the Nani! Ganga asks Gudiya why she took so long, she was waiting for her! Gudiya says that she went shopping to buy a dress, and it takes long to shop (Ganga and Shanta are smiling)! Guidya says that the dress is really nice, should I wear it and show you! Ganga tells her okay! Guidya also tells her nani to come and get fresh! They go! Some guests come up to Ganga and Shanta, saying that they have to do the Puja and put on Mehndi, Shanta says that she will call them! Shanta tells Ganga to go and see if Kaveri is ready and go and see Saagar too (Ganga is shocked)! She agrees and Shanta goes off, Ganga is left standing!
Some girls are getting Kaveri getting ready, Ganga comes to the door, she looks at her and smiles! She then asks how long Kaveri will take as people are waitng downstairs! Kaveri says 2 minutes! Ganga smiles and starts to walk out, she turns back and tells Kaveri that she looks very beautiful, Kaveri says thank you, ganga smiles and walks off!
Saagar is in his room, looking out of the window, looking depressed! Ganga walks in, she stares at him for a bit, Saagar continues to look out the window! Ganga reluctantly knocks on the door, Saagar turns his head a bit and looks down, he then looks abck up to continue looking out of the window!
Saagar: to come into my room did u have to ask for my permission! (Ganga lowers her eyes and walks in, looking down!)
Ganga: everyone downstairs is waiting for you! (Saagar turns his head a bit and looks down)
Ganga: how long ill you be angry? you will be troubled and so will everyone else!! (Saagar shocked, he turns around to face Ganga)
Saagar unfolds his arm and walks up to Ganga!
Saagar: why? Don't I have any right to be angry? First they insult you, then I stay quiet because they are older, they insult you and then I stay quiet because you want that! My heart isn't as big as yours Ganga, I can't stand their quietly enduring all this and forget it! (Ganga is looking shocked, Saagar grabs Ganga's arms aggressively!) yes I am angry, I am angry because I think injustice has been done with us! What has your God done for me till today (Ganga shocked) Tell me! Why should I believe in him? Why?
Ganga takes his hands off her!
Ganga: try to understand Saagar! I understand that it is hard for us, but this was written in our destiny! (Saagar shocked) This is God's wish! (Saagar shocked) Otherwise would Khurana Uncle ….
Saagar: God's wish? Us meeting each other, us loving on another … (Ganga seems shocked and scared) … Seeing dreams! Were these not God's wishes! (Ganga lowers her eyes) Was only Kaveri's misunderstanding and Khurana Uncle's sudden death part of God's wish? (Ganga has tears in her eyes, she look back up at Saagar, and looks down again) No Ganga, this isn't God's wish (Ganga is still looking down with tears in her eyes) it's your wish Ganga (he is pointing at her, Ganga is shocked) Your wish (she is shocked, Saagar turns around, facing his back to Ganga) Sometimes I feel like you never loved me (Ganga shocked) your vows, your talks, your love, it was all an act! (Ganga shocked) it was all a lie (Ganga shocked) it has become so easy for you to give this sacrifice Ganga, (Ganga shocked, she is crying)
She puts her hand on her face, and continues to be shocked, while tears are pouring out of her eyes!

Ganga runs out of the room crying! Saagar slowly turns back and looks out of the door! The Sangam music starts to play! Saagar has tears in his eyes, he is having a flashback of the times in the village, and when he gave Ganga the wedding sari! He slowly starts moving back! Ganga is running and suddenly stops and starts walking, she is crying, someone tries calling her she doesn't listen! Saagar sits down on a chair in his room, he has a flashback of their hands getting separated! He puts his head to has hand! Ganga stops somewhere and still has tears in her eyes! Saagar is digging into the arm of the sofa, and still has his head to his hand! Ganga is still standing there cvrying! Saagar takes his hand away from his hand, and puts his head back on the seat! The screen goes blurry and the Sangam song ends!
Ganga is standing at the top of the stairs, someone tells her to put a plate down somewhere, she takes the plate and wipes her tears! The person has gone, Ganga starts walking down to put the plate down! She puts the plate down and she gets up, she sees some guests signalling to each other, something behind her! She turns around, she sees Saagar being brought down the stairs by Shanta! She looks at him for a bit, and then walks off! Saagar is brought down and he sits down! Shanta and some girls sit around him! Shanta puts some mehndi on him! Saagar looks really depressed, while Ganga is wathing him from behind some dcor, she stand there for wuite a bit watching him, there are some girls playing the drum and dancing! Ganga has tears in her eyes, watching the mehndi being put on! A women comes behind Ganga and signals her to take something! Ganga starts walking, Saagar sees her, he is staring at her! Ganga is wlaking and then she trips over the rug, the plate of Ladoos goes flying, Saagar sees this, he goes to save her, Shanta also gets a bit shocked and puts her heands out! But Saagar gets up from the floor and hold hers! Bua, Alka and Shanta are shocked, and so are the guests! They are standing hand in hand, staring at each other! One of the guests says that this was the Shagun Mehndi, Saagar turns to listen to her, so does Ganga, and Bua/Shanta/ALka! Another woman standing with the guest says that this Mehndi should have touched the bride! Saagar and Ganga take their hands away form each other, Saagar looks at his hand, and Ganga looks at hers! They look at each other, while Bua pulls her face, and Shanta/Alka look worried! Saagar Ganga look at their hands again! Shanta says that in haste these things happen! Ganga looks at Saagar, Ganga starts moving back, while Saagar slowly sits back down! Ganga continues to move back, while Bua walks towards her!
Ganga is standing in a corner!
Bua: bahu, we wanted to be safe from this inauspiciousness! (Ganga looks shocked, and has some tears in her eyes) Now you have seen, the inauspicious has happened (Ganga is shocked, and has watery eyes) Ramji be kind!! (Ganga lowers her eyes, while Bua walks off)
Alka has seen this, she shakes her head and walks over to Ganga, she puts her hand on Ganga's back, Ganga wipes her tears! Alka comforts her saying, come I will wash the Mehndi off for you! She makes Ganga sit down, Saagar looks up at Ganga, Ganga looks at him, and Saagar looks down, Ganga also walks away! Alka comes to Ganga with water and a towel! She sits down with Ganga and takes off the Mehndi, while Shanta continues to put Mehndi on Saagar's hand! Saagar looks over to Ganga again and sees ALka taking the Mehndi off, Ganga also looks back at Saagar! They look at each other for a while! ALka continues to take the Mehndi off Ganga's hand, while Shanta puts it on Saagar! Ganga looks away form Saagar, Saagar also looks down! Ganga is crying, she stops Alka from wiping off the Mehndi, and runs off! Saagar sees this, he's staring out of the room!
Ganga runs into the garden, where it is pouring down! She goes by the swing, crying and then she falls to the floor on her knees! She is sobbing, she remember's Saagar saying that 'sometimes I feel like you never loved me'! she has a flashback of him saying that 'your vows, your talk, you love, it was all an act! She continues to cry holding on to the swing! She talks to herself!
Ganga: you have misunderstood me Saagar, (she puts her hand on her chest) me, even I am a human, (she holds on to the swing again and is still crying) it pains even me, even I have some desires, (she's weeping that she struggles to take breaths) even I have wishes, I see dreams .. (she looks at her hand! there was some remaining Mehndi, which gets washed off by the rain, but there is some that has set, so has left colour!) even I want (she looks at her hands again) my hands to be decorated with Mehndi of your name! (She covers her face with her hands) .. Even I want to be yours! (she continues to cry, she still has her face in her hands, then she lets go and holds on to the swing, she rests her hand on one of the poles and continues to cry! She has a flashback of Saagar proposing to her and giving her the wedding sari! She carries on leaning on the pole, but looks the other way! Someone puts their hand on her shoulder! She turns her head slightly and sees a hand, she continues to cry, while she has a faint smile, she carries on weeping, and doesn't look up!) Really, (she is still kinda crying) mein tumse bohot pyar kari hoon … I love you.. (she slowly starts turning her hand, and puts her hand on the person's hand, she looks at him and is shocked)
It's RM, they have a shock sequence! It ends on Ganga's shocked face!!
************************************************************************ That was today's episode! Man i really hope that Saagar doesn't start to misunderstand Ganga again, i can't bare that and a separation! This Bua is gettting too much, it means that her saying she was going was all an act, she knew Ganga would talk to Saagar! She really needs to go! If Saagar misunderstands Ganga, it will be because of Bua, Bua is horrible to Ganga, Saagar sticks up for her! And Ganga the girl she is, tells Saagar that he done wrong, so Saagar starts shouting at Ganga! Saagar is really getting scary, i can't believe he said what he said today, i was like what the hell! He's anger is soon going to eat him up!! i can't bare to watch this anymore!! Alka is so sweet, she was comforting Ganga after Bua screwed at her, i hope Alka finds out real quick about Jhanvi/Ganga and her truth! and one thing, when Kaveri was getting ready, she said she will be down in 2 minutes - Saagar and Ganga managed to talk to each other, Saagar managed to save her, Ganga also managed to cry in the garden, but still no sign of Kaveri! An OMG, i can't believe the twist - Ganga saying I Love You, and she says it to RM! i am really not looking forward to Monday's episode, i was hoping that someone else would come into the Garden, but it had to be RM! And somehow i doubt that Ganga is going to be able to clear up the misunderstanding, now RM is going to get excited thinking that she loves him! GREAT, more Misunderstandings - like there weren't enough!! well we will have to wait till monday to see what happens!! Hope u enjoy the update!
