31st july written update
Saagar and Ganga are driving back home!
Saagar is looking over at Ganga, they both have tears in their eyes, Ganga is looking ahead!
Saagar: Ganga?
Ganga: don't say anything Saagar! (Saagar looks down, so does Ganga, she then looks back up) this is that page of our book (Saagar looks depressed) that we will have to close forever, (she turns her head to look out the window then turns her head back again to look ahead) now no one will ever talk about this (saagar looks lover at her again, ganga turns her head slightly to look at saagar) never!
Saagar turns his head to look ahead and continues to drive!
Saagar: if you cry like this, then how will I be able to stop my tears? (ganga looks away and wipes her tears) how will I be able to fulfil my given promise
Ganga: (looks back towards Saagar) fine, after today, no one from us will cry again (they look at each other then look away)
Saagar: they say that a wedded relationship starts with truth (ganga looks at him) but my relation is starting with a lie (ganga lowers her eyes)! The girl who is my best friend, who trusts me more than herself (ganga has tears in her eyes) I am about to go and tell her the biggest lie of my life (ganga looks over back at Saagaar again)
Ganga: this lie can save kaveri's life Saagar (saagar looks over at Ganga) because she will not be able to face the truth (they both look away)
Saagar: I just have one prayer from God that I will be able to fulfil my promise (they both look at each other and then look away)
At Bhatiya house, Bua, Shubodh and Shanta are sitting on the sofa drinking tea and having breakfast!
Bua says that Saagar and Kaveri are getting married so happiness iwl reutn to the house and the shenais will play! (shubodh and Shanta smile at each other) she then continues, but have you thought what would happen to a poor widow on this occasion (shubodh and shanta are shocked) she syas she is talking about Jhanvi and says to Shubodh that you were the one who talked about her marriage and it seems like you have forgotten! (shubodh looks disturbed)! Bua continues saying that there is some inflexibility in your talks! Bua asks Shubodh and Shanta what they are thinking, there not saying anything! She asks if she has said the right thing!
Shanta nods and says yes didi, you are saying absolutely right, but we do need to find someone worthy of Jhanvi!
Bua tells Shanta not to worry about the boy and that she has a boy in mind! She talks about some boy called Rakesh (Shubodh and Shanta are shocked), bua says I know that the age is a bit much!
Shanta angrily says that the age is not a bit too much but a lot, he must be a tleast 45-50! And he also drinks! (bua smirks) Shanta continues that she can't even think about someone like that marrying Jhanvi!
Bua says that its okay, there isn't a shortage of boys (shubodh is shocked) bua says that if not Rakesh then there is my cousin sister's siter-in-law's son!
Shubodh says yes you said right! He is very handsome (bua is grinning) and as much as he is handsome, that much he has a evil/wiked character, his wife left him didn't she?
Shanta asks bua why she is proposing these sorts of relations for Jhanvi! She doesn't lack anything that we should look for relations like this!
Bua says that if you start looking at these things then there will be no relation for Jhanvi! She says it seems like you two are forgetting something, I'll remind you, Jhanvi is a widow! (shubodh and Shanta are shocked) she says if you don't like the relations im proposing then damadji tell me, do you have a relation in mind?
Shubodh says yes, but he remembers RM telling him not to discuss to anyone about him and Jhanvi! So Shubodh says that with perserverance, you can even get God, so why not a boy! He says he does have a boy in mind and with time he will tell everyone the truth, there is no need to rush this wedding (bua is shocked)
Kaveri comes in and asks who's relation they are talking about1
Bua excitedly says that she is talking to these two about Jhanvi's wedding!
Kaveri says yes the talk is right, but asks where Saagar and Jhanvi are!
Shubodh says he doesn't know where they have gone but why are you so worried!
Kaveri: since morning I have been looking for Saagar! and both of them aren't in their rooms! (bua shocked and shubodh and shanta looked worried) Don't know where they have gone?? (bua shocked) Since morning I have been trying to ring, but Saagar isn't picking up and neither is Jhanvi! (shubodh and shanta look worried)

Bua thinks there not at home and they are not picking up their phone? Hai hai! what new problem have they created?
Shanta tells kaveri that she is getting worried unnecessarily and that Jhanvi now and again goes to the mandir in the morning, so maybe Saagar went with her today! And she tells Kaveri to drink some tea! (bua looks suspicious)
Bua thinks they will come, but ramji be kind, where have they gone? And why?
At Rahul Mehra's house! The phone is ringing and RM's mum is in bed! She picks up the phone and is coughing! Its Rahul Mehra! Rahul asks if his mum's health is okay! She says yes its just a mild cold and a cough! She asks Rahul if he has talked to Jhanvi about the wedding! RM says that khurana uncle has just died and Ganga is in grief, so it didn't fell right for me to talk to her! His mum says yes, but your in London when you should be with Jhanvi! RM says yes but I have some more work left and after that is done I will come there, he thinks and then I can be with Jhanvi forever! They hang up!
Bua is in her room thinking and looks disturbed! Kaveri comes in!
Kaveri asks Bua what she is thinking! Bua says im not thinking, im just standing her like this! She aks kaveri to sit down and asks whats up!
Kaveri says you were talking about Jhanvi's wedding and even I want this! At first Jhanvi wasn't ready to get married! (bua shocked) but I phoned her from Australia and convinced her to get married (bua has a flashback of Khurana telling her about the raaz – about saagar and Ganga, she snaps out and the door bell rings)
Kaveri gets happy and says it seems like Saagar has come! I'll go!!
Kaveri leaves, bua gets up and gets excited!
Bua: hai hai, fate shows so many games! I had fun, so much fun! When Kaveri had spoke to Jhanvi, then, hai hai, Jhanvi thought that Kaveri was talking about Saagar ad Jhanvi's wedding! But Jhanvi, your this dream, I will never let it come dream, yes!
Kaveri opens the front door and happily says, arre you come…… (thinking its Saagar) when she opens the door, a servant starts bringing in luggage, Kaveri looks confused! Bua comes in! the servant puts the luggage in the hall and goes back out to bring more in, shubodh and shanta come and they too look confused!
Bua gets happy: hai hai, it seems that my lovely, darling son is coming!
They show feet, hands, the back of a head, and eyes! He steps into the house, bua gets excited, everyone else looks shocked, behind him is someone in a sari! They show his face, everyone continues to look shocked! He takes of his sunglasses!
We some folded hands in the air (like madan used to do), the camera moves down to the face! Its Pattan (bua's son)
Pattan greets everyone and bows down with folded hands!
Bua gets excited and says Ramji be kind! She says Son I am seeing you after so mnay days, come (and she starts waving her hands in the air)
Pattan walks in along with kaveri! A woman at the door, had the sari over her face, she moves it back!
Pattan touches bua's feet and says I was eagar to be at these feet!
Alka also comes and touches Bua;s feet!
Bua says yes yes and touches her head, but in disguist! She blesses her married life and looks at Pattan giving a dirty look!
Pattan sees Shanta and says after so long I am meeting you, my heart is truly happy after meeting you (Shubodh and Shanta look at each other), Pattan says what od they say in English… very happy, very happy! (shanta and shubodh look at each other weirdly again) Pattan looks at Shubodh and says what do they say in English… brother-in-law! And says I touch your feet jijaji (and bows down at Shubodh)
Shubodh says enough enough, (shubodh puts his hands out in front of him) be happy saale, (Pattan shocked) saabh, (shubodh looks at Shanta) saale saabh (brother-in-law)
Pattan laughs and says, brother-in-law's jokey nature is still intact! What do they say in English… very funny!
Saagar and Ganga walk in through the door! Everyone sees and are shocked
Bua says Ramji be kind, where did you to go so early without telling anyone?
Saagar says he took Jhanvi to the mandir
Kaveri gives a faint smile, Bua just stares, Pattan strokes his m'tache!
Shanta says see didi, did you hear Kaveri, you were worrying so much, I told you they must have gone to the mandir (kaveri smiles, ganga gives a faint smile)
Bua says Ramji be kind, but you could have told someone, everyone was so worried
(ganga and saagar shocked – they look at each other)
Pattan: maa, will you do all the talking! (ganga and saagar shocked) Im seeing brother after so many years let us also speak! Bhaiya, (he walks towards Saagar) innocent Shankar's innocent devotee's greetings! (ganga folds her hands) This is definitely our sister-in-law (bhaujai – brother's wife)! (everyone shocked) Greeting bhaujai! (everyone continues to be shocked) Vah! What do they say – just like Ram-Sita jodi! Pattan: (he holds his ears) goodness, I made such a big mistake! (he folds his hands) What do they say in English? Big Mistake! Now I understand (he points at saagar and ganga) this isn't a Ram-Sita jodi, (saagar, ganga and kaveri shocked) but a Lakshman-Sita jodi! (saagar and ganga shocked)
Bua: yes!
Pattan: (he walks over to ganga) please accept our sorry bhaujai! What do they say in English? I got a bit confused! (he walks over to kaveri, bows down with folded hands) And you accept our greetings! (kaveri moves back and gives a forced smile) And bhaiya don't be at all tensed, today I will tell you, all your work worries leave to me, I will handle everything! (shubodh and shanta look at each other) And where the rest of the house members are concerned, leave the responsibility of looking after them to this innocent devotee! Saagar: puttan bhaiya, you are a guest in this house, you have come for a few days, theres no need for you to do any service or take on any one's responsibility! (pattan and bua shocked) And yes, one thing more, if for jhanvi or any member of the house, I do something, then its not a burden, but a joy! (pattan and bua shocked, shubodh is smiling and nodding his head) And this joy I do not want to share with anyone (ganga shocked, pattan and bua look at him , the other house members also look a bit shocked)
