June 16th Written Update

Sarla keeps saying nonsense to Dhani. Amber is shown walking towards Sarla's room. Sarla says she will definitely give birth to a son and Dhani a daughter. She will not lose this time around. Amber walks in but he hasn't heard anything. Dhani covers it up.

Sarla's mom is shown apologizing to Taiji. She promises to love and treat Madhu as more than a daughter. Madhu hugs everyone. Chandu eyes the sweets Madhu's family brought. He remembers Amber slapping him and backs off. Sarla's mom particularly thanks Dhani and says they are only happy due to her giving Madhu strength. Sarla's mom blesses Dhani and then goes to Sarla. She tells Sarla that she was right; Dhani really is wonderful. Sarla's mom gives Sarla shagun and then goes and gives Dhani shagun as well. Sarla's mom says that a mother gives her daughter shagun when she is pregnant. Sarla's mom declares that she has two daughters now. Sarla isn't pleased. Sarla watches her mother showering love on Dhani. Mohini notices Sarla's discomfort. Mohini again does her job of instigating Sarla.

Dhani is praying that Sarla shouldn't differe between genders and then time is shown fllying. Sarla is also praying to have a son and Dhani a daugther. Sarla and Dhani are heavily pregnant now.

Dhani is being taken to the hospital. Sarla, Amber and Taiji wait outside the operation theatre. Sarla dreams Dhani has given birth to a son and faints in the waiting room. Dhani is still in labour. The doctor says that Sarla must be operated upon but there isn't any available operation room. They decide to take Sarla into Dhani's room and put a partition in between.

The doctor comes out and congratulates Amber. He now has a daughter and a son. The doctor leaves before mentioning which one gave birth to a son or female.

The doctor hands Dhani her baby.

A nurse brings Sarla's baby to her and she asks what gender. Then the nurse is shown asking for the doctor as Sarla has fainted. Dhani is worried.

Dhani goes to the doctor and says there is only one way of curing Sarla.

The nurse tells Amber and Taiji that Sarla is in critical consider.

As expected, Dhani wants to switch babies as Sarla gave birth to a daughter. Dhani emotionally blackmails the doctor in agreeing to the switch. Dhani and the doctor switch the babies.

The doctor comes out and informs everyone that Sarla is out of danger.

Amber and Taiji stop by Sarla's bed and pick up the baby. Amber thanks Sarla for his son. Sarla is elated to hear this.

Preview: Taiji wants the baby carriage to put into Sarla's room as only sons have slept in there. Amber is about to oppose but Dhani stops him. Then, Amber is shown building something and Sarla asks. He says he is making a carriage for his daughter.

thanks for the update...... so the babies have been swapped...and now Sarla will be treating her own biological daughter in a step-motherly way....and shower all love on Dhani's son...assuming him to be her baby..... what an irony....

and all this is happening just because despite being a woman, she hated the idea of giving birth to a daughter......whatever be the reasons......a baby,whether it is a boy or a girl, should be equal in the eyes of the mother atleast, who has nourished them in her body...and given life to them....strange...yet true...

now amber will be shown treating her daughter more sweetly and this will make sarla more jealous and may be she tries to harm her own daughter

This kinda reminds me of Zahra, where Zahra switched her baby with her step-sister Zeenat because she wanted a son so bad. Then everyone in the family loved Zeenat more for having a son and gave her attention, but her husband wasn't like that, he still loved his daughter the same way as his son. I remember there was some fight over who should get the baby bed too....
