we are on ADA AT and what we are doing right now?...we are having discussion on planning😊. Surrounding matters, may be those who wanted to discuss couldn't do so as they were shy or didn't feel confident. Am sure they fight not have to go through the same in Devil's company.

simple...planning is based on predictions, one is not sure of actual results so in case none of the plan works one can modify it...plan should be flexible and accommodating according to situation.

okay...you know usually companies prepare budgets based on predictions and what they estimate might happen keeping in mind their company's performance. This is called planning. After implementation of their first plan when they do not see their desired result/profit margin...another budget is prepared which is known as flexible budgeting (modified budgets)...what i am trying to say a good plan is that which is flexible, can be changed in current scenario and is goal based. One should be always ready for adopting the change if that could bring positive result.
