Title: Tai Chi Zero

Pairing: Parth/Vidushi

Rating: T

Anger.

It is seeping out of him like sweat.

He hates the fact that he can't concentrate.

Not on studies, not on dream team work, not on himself.

And absolutely not on Tai Chi.

Vidushi.

The witch.

He takes a deep calming breath and closes his eyes.

All he can see are kohl lined dark eyes.

Vidushi.

His eyes snap open.

She isn't there. She isn't watching.

Not anymore.

He can't help but sigh and force himself back into the proper posture.

Vidushi had always thought he didn't notice her sneak in the dark and watch him as he went through the relaxing motions of tai chi that he'd been taught.

But she wasn't here now.

And Tai Chi was not relaxing him as it did before.

"Damn you Vidushi." he grunted, sitting down and grabbing his Shirt.

He pulled it over his sweat drenched torso, closing his eyes.

Everytime he did that, he only saw big, kohl lined mischievious eyes.

Vidushi.

She'd cast some dark spell on him, taken over his senses and his mind.

And now her absense was all too visible, her silence louder than any of her words.

She barely looked at him let alone talked to him.

If they fought, she was always struggling to leave, hitting, furious.

The more she tried to slip away, he more he wanted to hold her back.

Because she had a greater hold on his mind and not that he would ever admit it, his heart.

The truth was, he was scared and angry at himself and her.

At himself for loving her so much.

And at her for making him fall so far, get in too deep that there was no going back.

He would always want her and she would haunt him till he had her.

Determined, he picked up his cellphone and took a deep breath.

Should he call her? Message her?

See her in person.

What to say? What to do?

A flash of black, kohl filled eyes answered him.

His eyes were open.

"Vidushi, wait"

But she was gone before he could reach out for her.

He'd never wanted anything more than to chase after her, tug her back and push her up against the wall.

His instincts were driving him, not logic and that was dangerous.

She already had an injured arm, he'd hurt her with his words and added to her pain.

He didn't trust himself to touch her right now.

Parth forced himself to breathe.

"Some Tai Chi Hero I am" he scoffed, hitting his fist into the wall

The cracks on the wall were nothing compared to the one's on his conscience.

He had to make things right.

The problem was, he did not know what was right anymore.

Parth is just confused. No better word to describe him.

Vidushi haunts his mind and soul. He wants her to be there, even if they just bicker.

Love is more complicated than simultaneous linear equations.
