viju throws the lemonade at gursheel and goldie. viju tells the people to go back to work. viju says they did bathamesi by drinking and talking, he does not care if they have proof. viju warns them. viju calls security. viju tells gursheel and goldie not to show their manhoos faces ever again. security guards drag gg away and push them outside. they see bebo. bebo says the khanna guy is bad, he kicked them out, why are they tolerating this insult, they should show their courage and make a plan to show viju. goldie agrees. gg leave. bebo looks on determined.
at ria's therapy class, bebo hears two guys say the class is closed for 3 days. bebo thinks so she cant come here for 3 days, but nimmo has to go to narang house, she will keep the clothes with her. ria leaves with bebo. they see a guy. ria calls the guy pagal. bebo tells ria not to say that. bebo hears the lady referring a doctor for the guy.
amrit falls asleep. the guy asks viju why the injection was needed. viju says amrit's health is improving, he does not want that. the guy says amrit has to get injection for 6 days, he will lose the ability to think, today he came, but he(viju) has to do it and make sure no injection is missed. viju says amrit is the biggest weapon, he wont lose him.
goldie says to gursheel she wont leave viju. gursheel says she does not want to talk about viju. they see kuku with a knife. kuku comes towards them with a knife and slashes. they move out of the way. the narangs come. gursheel insults kuku. kuku holds a plate of apple and says he got the knife to get it. prabjot says she told kuku to get it. gursheel says why did they tell a pagal to bring a knife. kuku says he was cutting the apple, he will cut them on the day he has to. kuku walks away. gg look on scared. gursheel tells the narangs to stop watching the tamasha. the narangs walk away. gursheel cries saying kuku said he will cut them when he has to, he can do anything. bebo says she is right. gursheel says to bebo she scared her. bebo says kuku almost created a fire in the kitchen today, they should take kuku to a good dr and treat him, he will always be dangerous, he is pagal, the law does not punish pagals. goldie says nimmo is right. gursheel says she lost her mind, viju does not want kuku to get well, viju will kill them. goldie says they cant even do anything. gursheel says kuku is not that bad yet that he has to be treated. gg leave. bebo looks on worried. prabjot come and says they said they wont treat kuku. bebo says they have to treat kuku, this doctor is very good. bebo says kuku will be treated whether these people want or not.
bebo asks kuku if he will go to bazar to get sabzis. they go. song plays. they come to city care hospital. they go inside. viju outside that same hospital with amrit. viju calls the dr who tells them to go to room 59.
bebo asks receptionist about the dr. she says room 58. bebo and kuku go sit. bebo goes into the room. viju comes with amrit and goes into the room. amrit and kuku see each other. kuku tries to recognize amrit.
