Love appears to be really blind

Both Suman's love for Prem and Tanu's love for Kul really appears to be blind to the faults of these people. Suman was prepared to run off with Prem even after the wedding. Tanu eloped with Kul even after she came to know that he is a womaniser and a blackmailer. Both of them felt their families were wrong. The only difference is Suman was meek and went along and got married to Rajeev whereas Tanu left her family to marry Kul.

What is strange and baffling is that although Suman now knows about Rajeev and about Prem's selfishness she is still doubting her feelings for Rajeev. Everytime she assures Rajeev that she will not leave him she keeps wondering why is she saying these things. She now appears to be blind about her feelings for Rajeev. She thinks what she feels for Rajeev is care but in reality she is as much in love with Rajeev as he is with her. It is about time she accepts that Prem is part of her past and it is Rajeev and Rajeev alone who is and will be her present and future.

Optimist i totally agree with you, even i felt the same between tanu and suman actions. Suman is not meek according to me,she on the verge of running away from home.. she went along with the marriage only when she came to know that rajiv is going to die after six months.

If you put Rajiv and prem in front of suman and ask suman who would she prefer to live and spend her life with? suman wont be able to tell coz her heart is in one person while her mind is on the other. When prem comes, she does not ignore him. when rajiv comes, she does want to leave him too.

At the moment, she does not love rajiv only likes, the day when rajiv is in danger, that time, suman will have to decide whom she really loves. at the moment, she is a confused person. her actions and words are contradicting with each other.

on the wedding night, Suman was not ready to stay with prem, but prem told her that let rajiv die then we could get married. she agreed and took rajiv into that that they cannot sleep in the same bed nor have any intimate relations? will this happens after six months. will suman now tell prem that i dont want rajiv to die. that is a big question.

Whta will be neela thinking of ehr daugher when she comes to know that uptil now there has been no husbandwife relations between them?

I only hope that somehow Neela comes to know how Suman is fooling Rajeev about that mannath crap and has not given him his conjugal rights. That will get her to drill some sense into her. Only hope she also does not die like Suman's father who had a heart attack after overhearing Suman tell Prem that she still does not live with Rajeev as his wife. Rajeev surely deserves more for all his love and care.

There is a phrase. Love is blind. When you r in love with someone, your vision and thinking ability become narrow. Means your world revolving around the person you love. Suman and tanu went through the same phase. Both went against their family wish initially. Only thing is that suman is fortunate that she got married to the Rajiv who was not only her family's choice and a gem of a person while tanu married to the person who was not her family's choice and most important a person who tried and almost ruin her life. But as we said love is blind.

Regarding suman's feeling for Rajiv, I agree with you. She is in love with Rajiv. Which we can see from her reaction after saying such a thing. Because when she says that she will always be with him and no one can ruin our relationship because its very strong, that words comes straight from her heart. At the same time after saying this, her mind immediately remind the things that she is hiding a big truth from Rajiv. That she is doing cheating with Rajiv. So her heart pushes her to love Rajiv while her mind reminds her about the hiding the fact from Rajiv. We know how suman is. So by not saying the truth to Rajiv, she is torn between her heart and her mind and that's why she become confuse about her feelings.

regarding suman and tanu's blind love, i agree with you. as you all said suman was fortunate that she got jwele in form of rajiv while tanu got stone in form of kul.

about suman's feeling for rajiv, i think she is confuse because of her heart and mind. as per my view, she is forgetting prem. she is in love with rajiv but hiding the truth of her and prem's lovestory from rajiv is stopping her from commiting her love for rajiv. that is the reason of her wondering on her words that she will always be with him and our relationship is so strong that no one can break it. her heart goes for rajiv while her mind constantly remind her hiding the truth from rajiv. this situation continue untill her confessing the truth to rajiv about prem.
