Prakar reluctantly come forward and tells her that I came here to tell sorry. Shalakha tells for what sorry? Prakar tells her that bcoz of him, the two brothers fought. I was telling Devki ma that the carelessness could be Jignesh that time Rajeev heard me and he was so angry that he didn't listen to me. I was about to tell him that it could be the managers or his subordinate's mistakes. (Shalakha does not say anything to prakar when he had openly told yesterday that bcoz of him they landed in jail. Rajiv is in office. He talking to some Mishra regarding some consignment and Prakar is seeing passing through the window. He enters Rajiv cabin and Rajiv nods and tells him to sit. Prakar sits down and hears him talking. Rajiv puts the phone down and tells that we will be starting the board meeting and I have decided that Jignesh will the chief advisor. Prakar tells that after all this has happened. You still want Jignesh to be. Rajiv tells that he is the perfect person coz he know his work and he is very efficient. Prakar tells you know what is the situation now and this is a very important project that I don't want to anymore mistake. I feel Adesh is capable of the job. Rajiv tells but Adesh has just joined the business and he won't be able to hand very big projects and Jignesh has got more experience than him. He is quite capable of handling big projects. Prakar tells that based on that incident, I don't want to take a risk and Rajiv keep thinking on his decision. Prakar gives him a sly smile.
Suman is getting dressed and is about to leave her room. When Tanu comes with an album. Tanu tells that bhabhi see I brought this birthday album. Suman says that I have already seen the pictures and that day you were really looking very good. Tanu tells that bhabhi I need a favor from you. Suman tells her that I will try to do her favor. Tanu tells that that friend of yours.. eh.. Prem. Suman is shocked hearing Prem name. Tanu tells that you must be having his email id. As you know in friends, you should have his phone no, email id or address. Suman is tensed and tells that I don't have his email id. Tanu tells that we are friends and we could be more than that also. Suman interrupts and tells that it cannot be possible. Tanu is astonished and tells why? Suman says yeah, he has somebody in his life and Tanu who is astonished asks whether he is going to get married to her and she nods. Tanu tells that my fate is ruined. And Tanu leaves and Suman sighs.
Jignesh is in his own cabin with fewer files in his desk and tells that today is the board meeting. And he relaxes in his chair and suddenly his mobile rings. Shalakha calls up Jignesh and tells that you are going in for board meeting isn't it. You know you are going to become a chief manager. Jignesh tells why are making fun? And how do you know? Shalakha says I get all the khabar from insides. Jignesh is very happy and Shalakha tells that fine today I will make kheer, which you like. As soon as you get the good news, you come home ok and give me the good news. Jignesh says ok sweetheart and cuts the phone. Jignesh feel on the top of the world and assume himself talking as the chief manger giving orders. He calls up the secretary and tells when is the board-meeting schedule? She replies another 15minutes sir. Jignesh starts blabbering about how he going to preside over meeting and he gets and faces the window. (This was really funny of Jignesh acts) Back of him, Rajiv smiles and tells him what are you doing there? Don't you want to come for the meeting? Rajeev says c'mon and Jignesh takes his file. At the board meeting, Adesh and Jignesh are sitting together while Prakar is sitting with Jignesh with his sly smile. Rajiv tells that we are having this new project for that we are going to appoint the chief manager. For I have thought of a person some who is going to handle the project. So take his name. Jignesh is look very contended and fidgets with his blazer and then Rajiv tell the man I propose who would handle the project will be Adesh Rawal. Jignesh is shocked and stand up. Rajiv looks at him and tells that I have finished the meeting and you will be assisting Adesh coz he does not much. Jignesh tells Rajiv don't worry, he won't need my help, coz he know everything and I am already in other projects and I don't have time for this one. So staying here for this meeting is no use for me and he leaves the meeting in anger and Rajiv feel bad (I think here he has taken the wrong decision. Rajiv has known him for years and his capabilities. He could have kept both of them in that project would have been better.)
Jignesh is so angry that he storm in his bedroom and Shalakha is sleeping and gets up and tells that you have come home very early. Fine, u take rest and I will go and get the kheer for you and you then give me the good news and Shalakha goes and gets the kheer. Jignesh is still fuming in anger and Shalakha gives him a spoon of kheer and Jignesh see it and throws away. Shalakha is shocked and ask what happened? Jignesh tells that why should I have the kheer when there is no good news to give you. Rajiv has made Adesh the chief manager and Shalakha is shocked. Jignesh tells I was not given bcoz I have made lot of mistakes and I am foolish and good for nothing. Saying this he leaves the room, Shalakha vows that I will teach Rajiv a lesson for insults you have given to my husband and I wont spare you.

It is nighttime. Rajiv is sting with his laptop and working on something. Suman comes in to room and ask what are you doing? She seen him writing on the novel Saathi re and she suddenly starts laughing? Rajiv asks her what so funny? She tells Rajiv regarding love story. It looks like a boy in a military voice do you love? The girl sharmake tells yeah I love you and is this, a love scene for you Rajiv. Rajiv tells her that is why I was telling I am busy and wanted to concentrate. It's so difficult regarding creating a love scene. Do you have nay idea? Suman tells that they should have love in their eyes. And suddenly there is thundering and the girl goes and hugs her love. Really there is a thunderstorm and Suman who is scared of thunderstorm suddenly turns and hugs Rajiv. When she relaxes, she withdraws herself from him. Suddenly she sees it is raining outside, Rajiv looks at her lovingly and Suman goes outside into the terrace and she loves the rain, she is fully wet, the background music is on and she opens her arms wide and turns round and round enjoying the rain. Rajiv is head over heel for her. Suman urges him to come in the rain but Rajiv declines and then suddenly seeing her enjoying the rain, he come half way to her and gets wet too. Suman comes to him and tells come but Rajiv says no and he is about to turn back when Suman catches hold of his wrist and pull him more in the rain. She again leaves his hand and turns round and round. She stops with he back facing Rajiv and her arms open wide. Rajiv then puts his hand in her hand and Suman comes back to her senses. She turns round and looks in his eyes. Rajiv pulls her closer and his fingers working magic on the back of her neck and melting her inhibitions. The serial ends with Rajiv and Suman about to kiss.
