Recap: Prem is adamant to have Suman in his life. suman's Father comes to take her home for pakhphera. Suman makes kheer and Shalaka ruins it by pouring lots of sugar in it.
Everybody is calling out for suman to hurry up and bring kheer ( poor thing, making kheer for this family is like making food for a restaurant full of people). Rajeev goes to see Suman. He tells her that from outside the essence of kheer was very tasty, but from close it seems like it has burned. Suman looks at the bowl to see that it is really burned. She says that the taste will be ruined. So rajiv tastes the kheer and tells suman that it is too sweet. Suman panics.
Shalaka is thinking that now the family will realise how sweet stuffs really tastes. Here, rajiv asks suman to pour the kheer in three different bowls. Suman does so. Rajiv then starts improving Suman's Kheer. There, shalaka asks suman's father that if suman is also slow in doing works in her house. suman's father says that Suman is always very fast. Coming back to our cute couple, Suman cuts her hand while cutting dry fruits. Rajiv grabs suman's finger and puts it in his mouth. There is a little eye contact and then Rajiv brings ice cube and slides it on suman's finger. He then says to suman that he will do the rest of the work but suman wants to help. Rajiv then very cutely says to suman that he is not a 'joru ka ghulam' but as her husband he orders suman to stand at one corner and let him do the rest of the work. 😳😳😳
The cute couple then brings the kheer outside and rajiv explains that suman made thre types of kheer so that everybody gets what they want. Shalaka is fuming but everybody else is happy and starts praising suman. Rajiv is smiling like a proud husband. everybody gives suman gifts as shagun. Nanima gives suman honeymoon tickets. Suman gets upset on seeing them.
Prem and his friend are in the bar, drinking. His friend tells him to forget suman. That he will not let Prem do wrong thing. Prem says that everything is fair in love and war.
Suman and rajiv are in the room. Suman thanks rajiv for helping her out. then rajiv says something and they kind of shake hands. rajiv starts to leaveand suman sayshim that she will come in a while.(can anyone update this part, i could not get the dialoguesas i had to attend a call) after rajiv leaves, Suman turns around and sees Prem in the room.
She is taken aback andshe asks prem to leave as rajiv might see them.
Prem stays and starts his 'majnu ki dastaan'. He says that he cant tolerate the fact that suman is leaving with rajiv in the same room. Suman tells that she is only his. But prem is not satisfied. He repeats the same thing over and over again. Suman tells him to not put her in another dilemma. she then tells that the suman, who never betrayed anyone is now betraying her lover, her husband, her in-laws, her parents and herself.
On the other hand suman's dad is coming upstairs to give suman a gift. Suman continues on telling Prem thatin order to stay away from rajiv she mad up the excuse of a mannath. And that rajiv is so nice that he agreed to this readily. Suman's father hears all this an seessuman and prem together. He gets very upset and goes to his room. Prem then tell suman that she may be able to live without him but he cant. he tell that suman might have known about her dosh, but he didnt, so why is he suffering. Suman tells that she knew nothing about the nagin dosh. Prem then leaves. Suman thinks to herself that she wants to believe prem's viewpoint but deep inside her heart she feels that whatever is happening is wrong.
Suman's father thinks that suman has disgraced her parents. that his upbringing has failed. Suman's mom calls at that moment and enquires about him and suman. Suman's dad talks very vaguely and philosophically about the rainy weather. Suman's mom gets all confused and then dad tells that he will come tomorrow if the weather improves and then he keeps the phone. Suman's dad thinks that before seeing suman's further disgrace it is better if he dies.
