What's your role in Saathi Re ?
I'm playing the character of a guy called Prem. He is a man of today, who believes in living life to the fullest. There is a kind of goodness in his character. Prem is a person whom everybody can fall in love with.

What's so unique about the story?
Like every other soap, the drama will surely be seen. But the story moves in a very gentle manner. Everything moves gradually in the story. There is a dosh in the girl's kundli, which affects his love life.

How was the experience of working with a new unit?
It's a nice unit. Everybody is dedicated towards their work. I feel very comfortable in my surroundings there.

And your look in the serial…
This time my look is a little different than the one I had in Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki where I mostly wore suits. Here I have got a very sporty look.

Saathi Re is considered to be based in a small town. Where was it shot?
The serial has been shot on different locations in Mumbai. We created the small town look in Mumbai itself.

How much did you enjoy working with Parak Madan, the debutant actress on the show?
I haven't shot many scenes with Parak. But as much I know of her, she is a nice girl and a good human being. We gel very well together.

How are you managing your Nach Baliye 2 rehearsals and your other commitments?
It is killing me. When I take on any assignment I make sure that I give my 100 per cent to it. I really don't know whether I'm managing time or whether time is managing me.

How tough or easy is performing on Nach Baliye 2?
It has been very tough. I had never ever taken any dancing lessons. But I'm sure that both I and Gurdeep are improving with every session.

Are you happy with the new rule in Nach Baliye 2 where fellow contestants can vote out the other contestants?
It's a format of the show. It's sad as we all rehearse very hard. In the end we have to accept and move on in life.

Gurdeep wasn't happy about the comments made on her expressions by the judges. Do you feel the same?
Yeah, I felt that we were underscored. That's all I can say. Ultimately judges of tremendous stature are present in the jury, who I think know their job very well.

We have heard that it's been difficult for you to find time for your wedding shopping!
Yeah, it's true. My wedding is taking place in December and I still haven't started my shopping. The daily routine of mine is not giving me time for my weddingshopping. But I shall start shopping from the beginning of next month.

Any specials plan for your marriage!
The marriage will be held in Delhi. As for our honeymoon plans, we have decided to make a trip to Europe. But I don't think that can happen this year, with such a busy schedule to cope with.
