Update - 10th Jan

Good News!!!! Krish is still alive and no sazza announced as yet………

Episode starts with Shikhar and his father at their home. Sh is full of anger and is saying bad things about P. He is telling that she acts very smart and is always favoring K as she will be the first witness to speak in the favor of K. He wanted to kill her when she was at their place. His father is not able to tolerate all this and asks him to shut his mouth and control his anger. Sh is shocked to see his father's reaction but his father calms himself and explains him that he should act with patience and control his hatred and anger.

K is in jail and a policeman comes and takes him to court. There, the judge says that all the witness and proof are against K and announces him guilty of Nitin's murder and subjects him to fansi – "to be hanged till death". K gets up shocked and deserted from this dream.

(Thank God he is still safe......and was only dreaming 😛)

(In real……) K is in jail and a policeman comes and tells him that its time to go to the court. Outside the court, there is S and P and lots of press and reporters. As soon as Krish comes out of the police van, the reporters surround him and start asking him the questions like " you belong to such a good family, why u did thing like this?" "why u killed ur frnd? " etc…. P tries to meet K and speak to him but cannot as there is a lot of crowd.

Inside the courtroom – Peehu, Soham, Krish's father and Nitin's mother are present. Judge starts the proceedings and asks K's lawyer to start. The lawyer starts and calls P as his first fitness. He asks P to describe the incidents of the day when Nitin dyed. P starts with how Sh did friendship with them and then Nitin's selection and going to S announcing the treat and P&K going to the Kila, P going to the temple, P heard 2 gun shots and Nitin dyeing. She tells the court that she knows K from very long and so she can surely say that K can never do anything like this.

Now, it is the turn of the PP (public prosecutor). He asks P that what is her relation with K. Is it only friends or something more than that. P starts crying and says that yes, it is more than just frnds. She is very upset and crying and crying. PP says that since she has relations with him, she cannot believe that K can kill someone and so, they cannot trust her statement. He also tells the court that she never saw the gun, or the person shooting Nitin or Nitin dyeing. Hence, there is no weight in her statement. They should believe on S who saw everything and who saw N dyeing and taking K's name.

At P's home, her mother is very worried about Ashita's wedding. She says that the wedding date is coming near and there is so much work to do, so many arrangements to be made. P's father asks her as to where is P. She says that she has gone to the college early. He tells her that he knows that she has gone to the court to save K. He had already asked her so many times to remain out of this whole mess. It is the "shaadi wala ghar" and any "ucch neech" could effect her sister's wedding. He also says that from now onwards he will take care of P.

Again in the courtroom, the lawyer calls his second witness as Nitin's mother. He asks her as to what he knows about K. She tells that N used to speak very good about his friends and starts telling all things. S is feeling very uncomfortable and goes out to the courtroom. Outside, Sh and his father arrive. Sh comes out of the car and Sh and S come face to face. Sh says hello to him but S tells him that how long can he prolong this fake frndship. Sh is shocked and says that he is their friend. S tells him that he heard his conversation with the other person that day and knows that he did frndship with them with the intention of hurting K. Sh is shocked. Also, his father listens to all this and is shocked tooo………

Preview – Sh is telling his father that P is the only person who can save K.

P's father tells her to stay at home and do not go to the court.

Sh's frnds give statement that on the day to Nitin's death Sh was with them and none to them went near to the spot.
