The episode begins with the entire Desai family shocked as Babuji falls to the floor with chest pain. All surround him with concern . Kanak pulls aside Gehna and asks her to stay away from Babuji . Hema, Pankaj and Chetan blame Babuji’s present state because if Gehna and ask her tk stay away .

Gehna is distraught and she pleads Kanak Bhabhi to let her see her Babuji once , she had no one to call her own , babuji and baa were her only family .
