The show begins with Ramakanth tending his injured foot / ankle ; Seetha arrives with some home - made medication. Ramakanth does not want to see or talk to her, misbehaves with Seetha, talks rudely and asks her to leave. How Ever hard Seetha tries to get the medication on to his foot, he just does not listen, pushes her out of the room.
Later, when Ramakanth could not bear the pain tries the medications and finds relief. Seetha by the door, watches, while Ramakanth says that Seetha is bit stupid but does things intelligently. Seetha laughs at this and Ramakanth chases her with a pillow throw, which is neatly ducked by Seetha.
Gopi brings Milk and medicines to Kokila. Kokila is bit stern and says that she understands that Gopi is doing as she should do as a mother, but Kokila also means something to Ramakanth, she does not really agree with Gopi and Jaggi the means and ways adopted to straighten out Ramakanth.
Hereabouts the matchmaking takes place at Dharm's Dharamshala ; a girl called Divya is shown ; Dharam has one liner, that if Guara and Vidya agree, then everything is fine for him. Vidya says since the match is from the matchmaker Asha ji ; then everything should be fine ; Divya does her act, of placating he kids, touching Dharam and Guara's feet.
Modi home ; Kokila, from her point of view, then advises Gopi that although Ramakanth is wrong, he needs space and time as he had grown up in a different culture, different views, grown up as a man, with many different views and understandings and hence Ramakanth should be straightened out by her / Kokila's way ; Jaggi overhears everything from outside.
As Gopi comes out, Jaggi follows and says that Kokila has been won over by Ramakanth. Gopi is worried about Kokila that whenever she realises that Ramakanth has had been using her emotionally, Kokila would break down.
At the other home, Bhavani arrives, and this is when Vidya understands that she and Dharam had been taken for a royal joy ride. Guara are in mirthful of joy.
Gopi tries to wake up Ramakanth, all in futility ; Jaggi arrives and picks Ramakanth and puts him on the ice block. Shivering, Ramakanth wakes up. An angry Ramakanth is asked to dress up fast for the Prayer / Pooja. Jaggi further adds that if Ramakanth does not put an appearance his Granny would be angry and then consequently Kokila would not support him.
Seetha comes over, and tells that she needs help with the making of the lord's offerings. Ramakanth is all ears.
Later, Ramakanth plans something to disrupt the prayer / Pooja.
Downstairs, all are ready and waiting for the rituals to begin. From Urmilaa to Sona, they wonder how Ramakanth has had wrapped Kokila on his little finger.
A while later ; Kokila announces the arrival of Ramakanth Ahem Modi ; Ramakanth is in a traditional, Indian dress ; some kind of Kurtha and Bengali / South Indian way of wearing a full length clothe, usually white in colour, with border, but this is red in colour. ! ! 😃 😃
