Gaura becomes thoughtful thinking about Meera.
Dharam comes: Mom, what is the matter? Why are you looking dull today?
Gaura: look son, it is not about today. I have been seeing your changed behaviour. You don't eat properly or mingle with others like you used to do before.
Dharam: Nothing like that mom. It is only that i have lots of work to do.
Gaura: Work has always been routine for you.I can see something else bothering you from the time you took Meera's responsibility. You are not even looking towards her. Forget about spending time with her.
Dharam: Whenever I see her, it reminds me about Gopi's state. Once upon a time I loved her. Mishap took place in their lives when it was time for Gopi's delivery.
Gaura: She was destined to be born on that date. What can anybody do? What did that innocent child do. She needs your attention. Can't you give at least half-an-hour time to her?
Dharam: I'll try my best.
Meanwhile, the Modi family make their Manchester office as a head office and shift there after selling their property at Rajkot. Ahem & Gop now have 4 children including Meera out of which 2 of them are boys. The girl's name is Vidya. She is studying in Manchester. Rashi gives birth to 2 twin boys. They are Sahir & Samar. All 3 of them are 5 years younger to Meera.
Days pass by. Meera has completed her matriculation and is pursuing with her higher studies.
One day, Dharam's maternal uncle, Karunesh comes to their place.
Karunesh is a fun loving and happy-to-go lucky person like Meera. Both get close to each other. Meera reveals about her feelings indirectly about Dharam.
Karunesh: it is better to talk about your feelings to the person you love. The worst thing that can happen is the person may say no but at least you will get the satisfaction that you have spoken out your heart.
Dharam on the other hand has a friend named Durga who has been his good friend for the past 5 years. Durga is in love with Dharam whereas he has not thought about any woman. Though Durga had confessed her love for him, he has not been taking it seriously.
One day Dharam brings Durga to his place & introduces her to his family. Meera gets insecure seeing this & determines to snatch Dharam from her. He had brought her for the Navaratri festival.
Karunesh: I've an idea wherein everyone will enjoy that festival.
When the preparations are over, Karunesh said, "Why not celebrate this festival in a different way?"
Gaura: Fine. We will do as you say.
Dharam agrees. Meera & Dharam are opposite to each other in antakshari.

Everyone drinks wine in the process. Meera & Dharam get so much drunk that she rests her head on Dharam's chest till morning. Durga gets disturbed seeing this.
