Is Gopi & Krishna's marriage a valid one

when she was not in her consciousness at the time of her wedding? As per the law, this marriage is void & can be annulled. I don't think it needs Krishna's signature. Pramila, Mansi & Krishna said they won't sign the paper but do they know that even if he does not sign the papers, it will still be in Gopi's favour?

When the marriage itself is invalid, there is no question of divorce. This can be annulled. Kokila needs to approach the advocate & seek legal advice.

In this case it is Gopi who is supposed to be of unsound mind and she is the one who is seeking divorce. If one of the partners is mentally unsound the other partner can seek divorce on this ground.
It is not so in Gopi's case.

I think since gopi completed d last phera in senses it may be valid.i duno exactly.but even if its invalid in serials it doesnt matter.in many ekta serials I have seen couples remarrying without divorce
