At court the meera's case discussion begins Prosecutor and defense lawyer begin their argument . Each accuses the other . The prosecutor reveals various past crimes allegedly committed any Modi family .ahem. Jighar, hethal and the rest of the modi family are very angry .Prosecutor declares that the Modis were full of criminals. Murderers, thieves, frauds, dacoits .
Judge asks prosecutor to remain in limits .
They reveal Gopi's murder of her own sister. And she has been jailed for that crime Meera too threatened her MIL with sword,
The prosecutor argues that modi family was always threatening, was violent and ready to fight all the time , they were lead by Kokila modi , they appeared sanskaari, decent and well educated but reality is something else .
Ahem gets annoyed as the prosecutor talks ill about Kokila modi
He is stopped n warned by modi family , Ahem goes and grabs the prosecutor by his collar. Judge declares Ahem orders the arrest of Ahem Modi for "adaalat ki tauheen "
Outside Gaura's house Koki manages to set fire to the pile of hay .Gaura notices this and gets alarmed .
