How can meera divorce dharam when there marriage is not even legal
it was proved in court that dheeras marriage is not legal and meera is not even dharams wife
then now what is this divorce drama
zyada se zyada meera can file cheating case on dharam for marrying her without letting know abt that his first wife is alive
dont know what they are showing
on one day they say there marriage is illegal
on other day they want to show divorce drama
by which right dharam thinks that he can take meera home and by which right that old women gaura claiming i will take my bahu home
why cant modis shut there mouth by showing them there reality
wasnt it same gaura and her so called appointed lawyer claimed in court that meera marriage to dharam is not legal and she is his mistress not wife

if dharam has any ounce of shame or any love for meera why dont her divorce his so called first wife bfr falling back of meera and pressurising her to come back to him and her sasural
oh he wants both women durga as servant and his sons mother and other side meera to fulfill his so called love and desires
if he really loves and respects meera and want society to respect her too he must divorce his so called first wife
i dont care in what way or situation he was forced to marry that durga but she is his legal wife
so before claiming his right on meera first its better he divorce durga

Agree with you fully... we desperately need to see what happened to Durga, how is she his wife, is Shravan their son ? etc... there are many things to be unfolded.. hope we get answers, then Modis can decide if they want to send Meera back there, if she really loves him and that Dharam is a divorcee.. which I doubt they will..

u know how the cvs are very good and creating messes but never having a satisfactory solution for them rite? We never found out how Mansi and Ahem came to know each other ..the cvs might just decide to not show the durga dharam history and choose the easy way out by turning her into a witch suddenly..just to get her out of the picture...i want the suryavanshis to disappear..poof..then make it seem like a nightmare that kokila was having..one can dream ...

Gaura's advocate himself said meera's marriage with dharam is illegal and that fatty had smirked. Now on what basis she is coming to claim that Meera is her bahu? Actually the question of meera divorcing dharam does not arise as it is not considered as a marriage in the first place.

Maybe, dharam, just like Ahem when he was using mansi, doesnt wanna let of durga,as in,divorce her, because with her, he can feel powerful..with meera, he feels like he has a worthy sparring partner as she is not the meek type..well, the old meera anyway..he wants a challenge once in a while...and that he gets in meera..conjecture on my part..but love or no love..somethings gotta give..

But Durga is worse than Gopi & no one is standing by her except Vivan. But they can't do anything about it.

Gopi was at least strong at that time & the whole family stood by her except Kinjal. Durga should either fight or leave.

I don't think divorce is required to begin with. Going to court means getting into legal trouble, dharam might get punished for bigamy.

That she is an old woman, there are wrinkles on her face, she is not attractive like meera? Then even meera would get old one day, she would not look attractive like 20 years young after 20 years. Let's assume dharam's marriage with Durga was a compromise and he never loved her, just for time pass he used her and made her pregnant. Then his marriage with meera was a compromise too. It was not out of love. After 20 years meera would have a child and dharam might be sitting with new woman on his lap with same claim that 'marriage with meera was not my wish'

I wish Durga takes away his half property as alimony and he should not get meera too.

Exactly!! I think i said this in another thread..how did dharam walk away from
Court a free man? His bigamy issue was pointed out by HIS lawyer..nvm that his hearing was for attempted rape..as soon as that came out, he should have been arrested and charged..or are courts unable to multi task? Even after meera said he was innocent of the first charge..they cld have still taken him in on the bigamy charge..

By the time Meera comes to his age, Dharam might have left the world. Tbh, Dharam does not deserve Meera. If his reason to divorce Durga is not genuine or valid, Meera's life will get screwed up. She will be called as Dharam's keep or mistress.

At least in this birth or show, Dharam has to forget Meera.

But this will clear only when they show Durga's past with Dharam.. they have not shown that.. so we dont know if they are still married..
