The show for me used to mean Urshi's kalakaries, which never even got exposed and they never got punished. Gopi never realized why her married life with Ahem was such torture.
Now the show is dragging and plodding along. There is no meaning. There is no direction. There is no destination. There is no point.
We leave the show, come back hoping it will be better, but are only greeted with bakwas tracks like Meera throwing tantrums and Rashi Jr. trying to kill everyone after which she was forgiven in a split second. I'm still left thinking, what was the meaning of that track. 🤔😆
CVs don't seem interested in showing college life of kids. They are skipping straight to married life. It looks like the original storyline in reverse. Gaura's wants a smart, feisty bahu. The Modi girls will probably marry into Gaura's family and live in a chawl.
If this show had a meaning, Kokila would had realized what she did in the beginning when she was looking for a girl for Ahem was wrong. If Gaura's behaviour is rude and disrespectful now, so was Koki's was back then.
Gopi would realize her daughters needed to have an education to fall back on. Life is not only about household chores. You would think her life experiences would have taught her this.
Ahem would have realized his daughters should marry when they are ready and to a person who they can get to know and understand before they are made to decide. At least do a background check on Gaura and Shravan. Again, his life experience should have taught them this.
When none of the characters grow and learn from their life experiences, then what is the meaning of this show?
