In real life, people who have been in love with first spouses have remarried, but no one does it right away when the pain and memories are still fresh.

Remarriage does not replace the first spouse. However, it is natural for a human being to crave companionship after the period of grief is over. It is not an insult to the memory of the first spouse. It is very difficult to be lonely, and maybe some people do prefer to lead a lonely life instead of remarrying, but not everyone. We shouldn't pass a judgment on anyone. Each to their own life.

Jigar loved Rashi a lot, but for some reason, the CVs formed a grudge against Rashi's character because Rucha left. It makes no sense as Rashi was their creation. They could have easily replaced her with another actress.

They handled the remarriage track very sloppily. They should have let Jigar grieve properly. Poor Jigar did not have even a day to grieve Rashi before Paridhi and Radha were forced upon him. It would have made more sense for him to grieve Rashi for at least five years before thinking of remarriage. For a man who loves his wife, it is very difficult to accept another woman so soon after her passion, and Jigar loved Rashi a lot. In reality, he'd have waited many years before even thinking about another woman.

Had Jigar married Paridhi (or any other woman) after a proper grieving period, it would have made more sense.

Absolutely right! but we can never expect any logic from the CV's. They are cracked nuts. They didn't find a replacement for Rucha to retain Rashi character. They have butchered all the characters.
