Paridhi had not come for the breakfast. Gopi innocently made her to drink the buttermilk but Paridhi found its taste to be different & asked Gopi to smell it. Gopi, Jigar, Tolu & Molu was shocked to know that someone had mixed phenol in that.

According to you, who will be blamed?

It is Rashi who mixed Phenol in the buttermilk. That's why she purposefully dropped her glass of buttermilk and made it look like an accident. Remember she was also not in her room when Kokila went to look for her. Meera was at the dining table when the phenol was being mixed in the buttermilk. So I think its Rashi.
