If Kokila is good at reforming others, why she could not reform Radha?

How about Gopi and Ahem behave like parents for once and try to mend their own daughter themselves?

That is a good question. Ahem didn't control Meera in the beginning & Gopi didn't slap Meera for misbehaving with her.

She told Meera 0nce that she should not show her face till she learns to behave but has succumbed.

You can't slap a 20 year old. That simply does not work. They need to talk to her and be completely open with her. This is all a consequence of shielding her from the true. As a result, she has no trust in them and thinks they only want bad for her.

My grandmother always says that during the teenage years, it's important for parents to set boundaries for their children and keep them on the right track. However, when they reach adulthood, it's important for the parents to become friends with their children.

Jigar and Paridhi look like they have achieved this with Tolu-Molu. Although Vidya had a deprived childhood, she managed to stick to the right path. On the other hand, Gopi and Ahem have been absent for huge periods of Meera's life. Gopi's ended up failing to have any proper parental bond with Meera. Ahem doesn't seem to have been a hands-on dad in Mumbai. Looks like he handed over the responsibility to Mansi.

Yes, that is what has exactly happened. He handed the responsibility to Mansi & she kept covering Meera's mistakes. Vidya was with her mom for 8 years so she could be on track. But Meera was 8 years away from the family & away from her mom for 10 years.

Actually, no father can give values to their children as they dont get to spend time with them. They will be engrossed in their work/business.

And bakery business is for long hours. However, Ahem didn't do anything when he first saw Meera in a drunken state & didn't control her when she was with her boyfriend,

Even Mansi didn't control her. But the CV's are going to drag before giving Ahem his dialogues to Meera i.e telling her the truth.
