Saath Nibhana Saathiya 5th June 2015 - Written Update

The episode begins with Kokila saying that in corner of her heart a feeling that Ahem portrayal of love for Gopi is utter falsehood. Others, Hetal, Paridhi and Vidya speak in favour of Ahem and his love being real.

Hetal cites the example of the sacred thread thrown by Kokila ; Ahem fetching it amongst the dirt and climbing onto the tree.

Paridhi cites the example of the pooja done by Ahem with such devotion and earning praise from the womenfolk present.

Vidya cites how in ten years of separation he had pain and love for Gopi which Vidya could feel. But Kokila is adamant and does not give in.

Gopi also pleads, says even though Ahem was with Manasi, he always respected Gopi and his relationship ; thus he did not get engaged or marry Manasi.

Even when Ahem seeks the hand of Gopi from Kokila ; Kokila says Gopi is more than her daughter ; Kokila pushes Ahem's hand and asks Ahem from where did his love spring from ? Whenever Gopi professed affection during all these days he would reject her advances, there is no guarantee that he would not commit the same mistake again. And now when Gopi was in the threshold of death, his love flowed on. She says that his love is full of falsehood. Kokila says Ahem gave Gopi nothing but unhappiness and troubles.

Ahem then lights an earthen light holder and keeps it on the floor. Ahem picks up Gopi from her sick bed and takes those seven sacred steps, says and promises that he would love and protect Gopi for life ; Correct all the wrongs done, make up for all the lost things during the past decade and much more.

The onlookers are in smiles and Kokila sheds a tear. Kokila then embraces Ahem and Gopi.

Meera's looks are strange ; whether there was anger or disappointment I could not gather. May be she was confused, 😕 as to what to enact. 😆 😆

Outside the hospital, Meera meets her boyfriend and immediately speaks ill of Gopi and how Ahem is mesmerized by Gopi. The boyfriend says that he would set the things right for Meera. Just then Vidya comes over and reminds the boy of Ahem not liking him and asking him to keep away from Meera. The friend of Meera, says Vidya should behave like a younger sister that she is. Meera say exactly.

Just then, Ahem walks through the entrance / exit door ; the boy hides and Ahem asks them to come indoors ; Vidya pulls Meera away, Meera waves a bye.

In between the doctor arrives and questions the happenings, Jigar deftly handles the situation.

Ahem says he would stay back with Gopi.
