In the latest episode, we saw Ahem being publicly criticised, by a certain woman living in the chawl, for being a bad son and husband. Gopi jumps in Ahem's defense and gives a nice earful to the woman for trying to tarnish her husband's reputation. Ahem's heart softens to witness Gopi still harbouring deep respect for him in her heart.
However, Kinjal and Mansi arrive at the chawl to expose Kokila and Gopi's game plan. Kinjal aggressively shouts at Gopi for pretending to be nice before Ahem to win over him. She also alleges Gopi and Kokila of planning with Paridhi to stage the entire act. Gopi defends herself and even swears to prove herself innocent. But Kinjal refuses to believe Gopi's claims and asks Kokila to summon Paridhi to bright forth the truth.
Kokila gives a phone call to Paridhi and asks her to visit the chawl. As soon as Paridhi arrives, Kinjal begins cross-questioning her to make her say the truth. Paridhi, however, acts smartly and refuses to admit defeat. At last, Kinjal accuses Paridhi of pre-planning with the woman to shoot verbal barbs at Ahem. To prove her allegations true, Kinjal asks Paridhi dial the woman's number, keep her speaker on and speak to her about the whole plan. As Paridhi begins speaking to the woman, Kinjal gets shocked to hear the woman refusing to acknowledge Kokila, Gopi and Paridhi's plan. As Kinjal falls short of words at her defeat, Ahem chastises her and Mansi for playing such dirty mind games. He also asks Mansi to leave for Mumbai if she is done with her business in Rajkot.
Ahem walks out of the house and vows to return only after Kinjal and Mansi have left. As soon as he leaves the house, Kokila and Paridhi reveal how they planned everything and how they already learnt about being spied upon by Mansi and Kinjal. However, they also admit that they had purposely kept Gopi away from the plan to bring out her real anger when the woman badmouthed Ahem.
Kokila begins her angry tirade and calls Mansi shameless for persistently chasing Ahem even when he does not love her. When Kinjal interrupts the soliloquy, Kokila rebukes her for trying to separate her brother and sister-in-law instead of uniting them and challenges her that she will defeat her purpose.
So now that the conch shells to kick start the battle have been blown, we have to wait to see who turns out to be the winner.
