Ahem is adamant that he will take Kokila to Mumbai. He says that he does not want Kokila to live in the chawl to be beaten or to see her at this age looking after a girl with whom he has no connection with. Baa implores him and eventually says that if not hi then at least send Vidya to see them in MM before they leave.
Ahem relays the request to Vidya who tearfully refuses as her childhood memories are too difficult to bear. She reminds them of all the things. She shays that she had to forget all that. Regardless Ahem asks her to go. She agrees.
Following morning Vidya arrives at MM. All are happy to see her. Hetal takes the tray but then sees Gopi and asks her to do the aarti. Gopi remembers Meera's actions in flashback and asks Hetall to do it. Hetal asks Vidya to sit for breakfast. Rest of the family are happy to see her.
Mansi and Meera ready to go shopping and see Vidya who says she is here to see the family and declines to go shopping with them.
Tolu Molu tease Meera but Mansi holds her back. There are more words from Meera before Mansi takes her away.
Ahem attends to Kokila. She tells him that she should care for herself because there is no one in Mumbai. He tells her of Mansi, Meera and Vidya being there but she tells him of the family she will leave. And how much she will miss them, especially Rashi.
Vidya is wandering around MM, reminiscing. Paridi motions to Gopi who moves forward to remind her of her and her sisters childhood and how the roles of the two sisters have changed. She speaks to her of a family's love and works on her insecurity. She tries to sway Vidya but she says that she will manage. Gopi further feeds Vidya of her grandmother's dependence on the family.
Gopi continues to speak to Vidya's consciousness. Vidya excuses herself. Gopi feels that Vidya is more accessible to her words. Paridi agrees that Vidya may listen to her. Gopi reckons that Vidya will speak in favour of Kokila staying.
Vidya bids farewell to Baa and others. Gopi leaves with Vidya to go to chawl and Hetal wants to go too. Vidya happily motions Gopi to sit with her.
Meera sees Vidya and Gopi in the car and cribs to Mansi but she pacified her.
Tolu Molu are up to their usual pranks and infuriate Meera. She rings the doorbell with irritation. When Paridi scolds her she shows the placard which was put up. Furthermore, she sees tolu Molu with her stuff and is then told that they have sold the stuff on the Internet.
The say that the money they will make will go towards her rent. She claims the house as her father's and grandmother's. She refuses to budge and the boys carry her out and close the doors. Meera stomps off to her father. Paridi happily says that she will inform Gopi of what has happened.
Vidya asks Kokila if she is alright and gets another sorrow filled sermon. Ahem asks Kokila to pack. Hetal and Gopi slyly check the time. Meera arrives and tells ahem that they will not to go Mumbai.
Pre cap. Ahem says to Meera that he has nothing to do with that house or its contents and that they will take Kokila and return to Mumbai
